Normally this store is very pleasant but I was appalled today at the way a man by the name of Mark that claims to be a manager spoke to an elderly lady asking about the machine register. He wasnt doing anything but standing with another employee by the photo center giggling with this younger girl that also worked there. He was rude in his responses to her and blew off her question and help while yelling his answer from 30 ft away. Yet as I used the same register and needed a store to approve due to age verification i asked his name and he came over bright and chipper until I asked about why he spoke to that elderly lady like that then became disrespectful and harsh with me as well. You were literally getting paid to stand there and talk at the time. What possible reason could you of had to speak to this woman like that while you wernt even doing your job? If it wasn't for the many good experiences I've had here I'd of gave this zero stars.
Update on positive experiences, the cvs pharmacy has always came through for me. Today the pharmacist caught an accidental change in the type of medication prescribed by the doctor pres riding a similar in name but not in affect prescription helping my family greatly by staying on point and being alert and amazing at their job. Thank you for this. As usual the pharmacy has always been great and helpful.

What happened to CVS? This store is particularly bad but CVS has turned the practice of pharmacy into a McDrugstore/sweatshop! As horrible as this is for the employees, the patients are the ones who suffer. I understand that a business needs to turn a profit but CVS is a prime example of the disastrous impact that corporate greed can have on customer service, employee wellbeing, and state of it's communities. The only solace that I take is that seeing their demoralized employees, dilapidated stores, and horrible customer service is eerily reminiscent or the final days of soooo many other chain drug stores (Eckard, Happy Harrys, Soon to be Riteaid, etc) that we can all look forward to their prompt withdrawal from the market.

Very kind employees at both store checkout and the pharmacy. The kind gentleman at the checkout asked if I'd like to use my CVS membership 30% off, and I received $7. The wonderful pharmacist found a major discount on a $62 prescription the took of $25. Wow! They're the best here!

I came in to ask a question about my medication since my medication was canceled and delayed. I was given attitude and not met with a friendly face. I understand they are busy but that doesn’t constitute giving attitude or being rude to a customer…unfortunately my insurance only covers CVS so I will have to continue to come here. But this is not the first time I have been given attitude or treated like this.

First there is no customer service at cvs any more . I was just there pharmacy closed in the middle of the day. 2nd no one at cash register. And last I got cough medicine at self checkout and someone asked for birth day . Even though I have gray hair . You just lost a customer.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This is the worst CVS I have ever been to in my entire life. The store is filthy, and Customer Service from employees is a disgrace I would drive far out of my way to go somewhere else in a heartbeat.
I will be calling my prescription into a different pharmacy immediately

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to get meds from. I called last night to check on my prescription and by the time I got there today they told me I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my medication because they had put it back. Completely rude staff and I would not ever fill with them.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is terrible. There's only one person in the pharmacy area who has ever been pleasant. The rest are miserable. They made an error refilling my Rx and because I left the store without checking it, they would not take it back or refund my money. It was their mistake. The person working the consultation / service desk couldn't possibly care less.

Great service. Everyone is very nice. The prices are higher than usual, however if you have the App as well as Carepass it makes shopping here very worth it!

Changed pharmacyI found CVS (especially) the person at counter and on phone to take care of my switch from Rite Aid to CVS.And a mix up caused by RA.Pleasant, Knowledgeable and followed thru.Looking good so far.1000% better then RA
