“By far, the best pharmacy for special orders, compounding etc. I live in another state and this is the only pharmacy that my physician will use. Whenever I need a refill, they are always so kind and courteous. If the physician calls in the prescription, the pharmacy will then call and contact me, letting me know that the order is being worked on and can they charge the card on file? I wish I could use this pharmacy for all of my Healthcare needs!!”

“I do most of my family’s shopping at giant and absolutely LOVE their points for gas rewards. The prices here are fair for the area but then I’ll get anywhere from $.50-$1.50 off PER GALLON of gas depending on how many rewards I’ve racked up. That is such a huge bonus given the prices of gas! There’s usually no big lines waiting for a pump and someone in the booth to help if necessary.”

“My girlfriend and I do all our grocery shopping at this GIANT, and it’s been a great experience every time. It’s never too busy, and the cashiers do an amazing job managing the lines when they get long, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ve rarely run into a situation where they don’t have something I’m looking for, which is a big plus. The staff is always super helpful if I need assistance finding something in a specific aisle. One small thing I appreciate is that they still offer plastic bags at this location – just a little convenience, but please don’t take me as someone who wants to harm the planet! Overall, it’s a great place for grocery shopping, and we’ll definitely continue coming here.”
“I’ve had tons of trouble with other pharmacies getting a cream compounded in a base that doesn’t irritate me. Professional Pharmacy listened to me explain what was going on, and make the cream in the base that I requested, now I can use the medicine without irritation! I felt very heard, understood, and cared for by the staff here. This is why I choose to get meds from them and pay shipping over from a more local place that lacks the quality of care that Professional Pharmacy provides.”

“I highly recommend Lionville Natural Pharmacy, and its head pharmacist Michael Briggs (PharmD). My insurance company suddenly raised its co-pay on one of my prescription medications, to a prohibitive sum. As an allergy to one of the filler-ingredients meant that I could not take the generic that they offered, I was left scrambling to find a new, affordable source of the med. Having had great experiences with Lionville Pharmacy over the past decade in relation to other prescriptions, I asked Mike Briggs if he could help me with this new, urgent situation. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful, and within a week he was able to provide me with a replacement compound of the drug that utlized a neutral, higher quality filler ingredient. We used to wait in line forever at CVS and we just became frustrated in going there. We never wait more than a minute at the Acme Pharmacy and they are kind and pleasant there. When you walk in, you are always treated like gold. The service is top notch. Whether it’s your prescriptions you go in for or you just need some advice on supplements or other wellness issues, Mary and her staff will stop whatever they are doing and give you 100 percent attention. They are a wealth of knowledge. This is a great business where the customer comes first and is always given personal attention. You really don’t see this kind of service in many businesses today. This pharmacy is a gem! If you want to feel that good old fashioned feeling of being valued as a customer (which is rare these days) and if you never want to have to worry about getting your prescriptions on time or getting anything that you need – this is the pharmacy for you! “We are loyal Acme Phoenixville customers. Every Friday we go through the flyer and select sale items to include on our shopping list. These items are stored in the Acme App on my wife's phone. At check out we diligently enter the phone number on the key pad but on at least five or six occasions the sale price has not been credited. Each time we went to Cindy (last name unknown) at customer service. Most recently, Sat April 9th she accused us of trying to scam the store saying she couldn't just hand out money and questioning whether we actually had an account saying maybe we entered the landline or wrong cell phone number all with a sneer. I felt we were being accused of either theft, lying or being too stupid to do it correctly. This has happed with three different cashiers. With Tom, the cashier we usually try to go to it has never happened. On one occasion the cashier cancelled the sale and rescanned everything. This is incredibly annoying. I don't know what the problem is, maybe a problem with the terminals or inadequate cashier training. All we know is the the items are put into the app on my wife' phone and the correct phone number entered. We have easy access to Giant and Wegmans and just as easily can shop there. It is annoying in the extreme and upsetting first that it happens and second to have Cindy roll her eyes, sneer and suggest that we are trying to scam the store or just plain to stupid to do it correctly. That is hardly effective customer service rather is is customer alienation. Actually we like the store my initial bad review was directed to one person not the whole store.”
“Would highly recommend this company! When dealing with my elderly parents and their numerous medications, Bhavana, the pharmacist was a angel! She went over all of their meds and had them pre packaged in individual bubbles clearly marked with date and time. This makes it so much easier for the elderly to take their medications without error or having to fill the weekly medicine cases. Collegeville Pharmacy even had then shipped to my parents house (with extra goodies). Bhavana was in constant communication with me and even called to make sure we received the shipment and to see if we had any questions. In a world filled with CVS and Walgreens this pharmacy has been a God send. Would highly recommend!!! They also sent their meds a month at a time. Thank you so much Bhavana and Collegeville Pharmacy!”

“Normally this store is very pleasant but I was appalled today at the way a man by the name of Mark that claims to be a manager spoke to an elderly lady asking about the machine register. He wasnt doing anything but standing with another employee by the photo center giggling with this younger girl that also worked there. He was rude in his responses to her and blew off her question and help while yelling his answer from 30 ft away. Yet as I used the same register and needed a store to approve due to age verification i asked his name and he came over bright and chipper until I asked about why he spoke to that elderly lady like that then became disrespectful and harsh with me as well. You were literally getting paid to stand there and talk at the time. What possible reason could you of had to speak to this woman like that while you wernt even doing your job? If it wasn't for the many good experiences I've had here I'd of gave this zero stars.
Update on positive experiences, the cvs pharmacy has always came through for me. Today the pharmacist caught an accidental change in the type of medication prescribed by the doctor pres riding a similar in name but not in affect prescription helping my family greatly by staying on point and being alert and amazing at their job. Thank you for this. As usual the pharmacy has always been great and helpful.”
