“Very pleasant and answered all questions and took us for a tour of the facility. May have gotten lost but would have found our way out if not shown the fast way.-They have good locking devices for security and I saw air handlers for air circulation and control. Its high and dry so in all respects its a secure place to store our precious belongings.”

“It was a pleasant experience dealing with the Store Manager Laura Smith. She answered all my questions and concerns about checking out. She was both professional and proficient in explaining everything that was needed for the checking out procedure. Because of her if I ever need to use a storage facility gun I will go with extra space storage.”

The staff walks the facility regularly and security is great.The building and units are kept clean, multiple doors to load/unload close to your unit. Elevators and carts are supplied for your use.I did 20 years in the Army and made multiple moves with my family and this was the best experience with storage that I have had.Kudos to Amy, Molly and Nick for the help they provided to my family and I!”

I was super stressed and emotional in the moment but you could genuinely tell she had empathy towards me and my situation. She stated her loss of her father recently so I felt like someone understood how I was feeling. In this day an age we forget were all humans and going thru something. Will recommend this buisness to everyone.”

“Good place to store belongings/after having my things in unit for 4 years/there were no signs of bugs or rodents,and unit was clean. Be sure to read the contract though,as I had to pay a full months rent on the day I was clearing unit(2 days late),and something regarding a 7 day notice B4 moving. I never had the contract to read because I lived out of state,unit was rented by a family member/I just paid the bill.”

“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”
