“Loving extra space storage! My first time renting out a storage unit and it was easy as can be! The online process is very convenient, but the customer service is outstanding! Russ truly went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible both before and after I rented the space! Made sure the space I had was clean and up to standards, showed me around the facility when I arrived, and made sure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly attentive and personable! Great prices as well!”

Celia showed me different units to help with making decision on which unit would be best suited for the storage I need. She explained everything per the lease, the code to access, and the locking process for the door. She is personable and professional. I had to stop in a few days later because I forgot my unit number and she was friendly and so very helpful.”

“The staff is very knowledgeable and works with you to get the most storage for your money. The staff walks the facility regularly and security is great.The building and units are kept clean, multiple doors to load/unload close to your unit. Elevators and carts are supplied for your use.I did 20 years in the Army and made multiple moves with my family and this was the best experience with storage that I have had.Kudos to Amy, Molly and Nick for the help they provided to my family and I!”

“Was calling around multiple locations to get rates for my elderly mother. Due to my dad dying and having to down size and relocate. (Britney or whitney dont remember )went above and beyond explaining all the different units. I was super stressed and emotional in the moment but you could genuinely tell she had empathy towards me and my situation. She stated her loss of her father recently so I felt like someone understood how I was feeling. In this day an age we forget were all humans and going thru something. Will recommend this buisness to everyone.”

I have yet to receive my refund even though they told me three times that had already processed & & I just had to wait .. that was months ago.. my bank is handling it now..”

“I've been using Emigsville Storage for YEARS and have no issues. They are friendly and easy to work with and are responsive if there are any issues with units, doors, etc.
Note ... This is NOT their fault, but if you store things here be wary of wasp nests that show up in warm months.... Especially right above the garage doors. Every time I see one, I let them know and they take care if it. I just wanted to let people know due to allergies, etc!”

“I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”
“Warners moving did at exceptional job. They were very responsive to text so it was very easy to reach them any time with questions. They packed up and moved my apartment and also my boyfriend’s house. They were efficient and hardworking. They used a lot of packing paper so nothing fragile could be damaged. They took apart and put back together any furniture that needed it. They labeled every box to make it easy to designate what box should go in what room upon arrival. None of my smaller items were damaged, and none of the furniture. There was no damage to the apartment or house upon loading or unloading. They ask questions and are very responsive to any requests you have for them. They will even come back and pick up your piles of empty boxes later. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving. We moved from Indianapolis to Pennsylvania without any issues at all.”

“I had a great experience! I used a unit at this facility for about one year. Pricing is fair, no hidden fees or frequent increases. The unit was clean, dry, and lights in hallway keep unit well lit. There are carts to use and they have an elevator for second floor storage. Some nice feature is keypad and gated access entrance to facility, and security cameras. The only negative thing I can say is the carts are not located near the elevator. Dustin and Eric are very accommodating, great customer service!”
