Complaints is about the York PA post office on Concord Road and their delivery. Went through proper process to have mail held during 2 recent trips. Both time mail stuffed in mailbox while we were away. Notice to carrier instructing to hold mail delivered with our mail. According to neighbor mail delivered every day we were gone. Attitude of carrier when brought to his attention was "oh well". Contacted our US Congressman. Little to no help there.
Told carrier we contacted Congressman and carrier laughed it off... despicable! And they want to raise the postage prices yet again! We need to privatize the US Postal Service! Having the word "service" their name is laughable I would rate this post office as negative 10 if possible.

Went here to simply have a barcode scanned and a label printed 2/17/24. The woman working said she "can't scan barcodes on phones."Really?! How do you do your job?! Maybe, you actually don't.

Worst post office. They don't have anything you need to shipp anything beside the stupid express mail. I had the package label but I need a box an they wouldn't sell me box. What freaking post office don't carry regular boxes..

They will only take 4 prepaid packages at a time. Completely inconvenient. There is no reason to be in business.

I must say I've been here many times had no problem.. but today a lady ..Tammy was working the post office I rang the bell was waiting for a couple minutes sorry to bother her she was chatting at service desk came over slowly scan my package I put on 2 fragile stickers on it at home after scanning it she throws it against the wall and in the little carrier box they have went to service department ask for manager he came told him I had stuff in there that was fragile he said ok I will talk to here all while not even looking at me being to busy on his IPad .. 0 Stars for that place

I have to give this review to service. The women behind the counter was, very short spoken, rude, and very unhelpful. I was one number off on the zip code when she pulled it up. You can’t tell me she couldn’t have known the last number. Instead of showing me the screen I had to go back home to get it. Zip was 98908 I put 98909. When she put in the address that zip would have shown. To top it off my husband took it back, first thing he said when he got home was, man that lady at the post office was rude, and I never told him about my day. Date of service 11-29-22

Tried to ship braille books Free Matter for the Blind (which I've done at this location before) and the woman was quite rude ("So what you're telling me is you want to send these without paying for them?"), acted like she'd never heard of such a thing before, and was very dismissive ("We don't do that here" and walked away.) Told me to try another post office (they're all closed and a good distance away, and I needed to ship these today). Someone who clearly doesn't know their job very well.

Just giving you a heads up that post office in the Weis Shopping Center cannot print out return labels they told me they don't have the technology to do so so then why the heck is this even a post office wasted my time going there
