My mother and I have been going here for at least 2 years now and we love it. Greg really pushes you and works with you to better yourself both physically and mentally. I used to dread workouts, but now I look forward to them and how they make me feel afterwards. I could not recommend Apex Fitness highly enough! :)

Greg was very encouraging and workout was great. Many different movements that kept us moving the whole time. Gym was clean and equipment was in great condition. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal trainer!

I’ve been training with Greg for a little over a month now and I wish I started coming here sooner! His workouts are great and challenges me each time. After finishing my workout, I’m already looking forward to the next session. I’m so glad I found his gym and have him as my personal trainer— in just one month I’ve felt the healthiest/ fit version of myself. Greg is also very flexible and works with your schedule so I never have to worry scheduling my sessions. He also has boot camp which is great if you’re into group training. I HIGHLY recommend coming here— you won’t regret it and you’ll thank yourself for making the investment in your health!

Greg helped me shed some pounds and get toned before my wedding. He was great on delivering a personalized, motivating experience. After going through weekly boot camp sessions for a little while, I feel like I can run through a brick wall. These guys know their stuff and will push you beyond your own expectations. I always walk away in a better mood, the results show and the positive mentality side effect make it a no-brainer great investment. I highly recommend this high octane, no nonsense training facility.

I had a job interview coming up in a month, David was able to get me in right away and did wonders. Coming here was so much better than doing something at home or at the gym where I would have probably lost motivation.
