The oral surgeon was awful. I felt as though I was in a back alley getting my teeth yanked out. I will never return to this place again. He didn’t go over anything with me prior to the extraction and post op. He literally finished pulling my teeth walked out a went on to the next patient. I was feeling pain to the point I was crying an he continued saying well I just took the other one out a you didn’t feel it. It was the worst experience ever.

Terrible experience after getting X-rays and being examined I was told they did not accept my insurance and haven’t in over a year. I sat in waiting area to after being seen to wait on action plan for treatment and follow-up. After waiting sometime I informed receptionist I had to leave. I later received call about insurance…

I would not recommend this office to anyone for multiple reasons. Don’t make the mistake that we did. You were warned.

A dental office that can’t pull teeth. They refer you elsewhere.

The Dentist was great, staff who the dentist work with is great, but the Office Team not so great. When trying to set up a payment plan their was only 2 option, pay Aspen Dental direct which I had to put half down, or DentalFirst Financing, which u pay monthly. That was a BIG MISTAKE... The female told me that DentalFirst Financing in the office that they don't check your credit score, they go by how much u make, which was a lie. Once approved Aspen Dental took a 60 percent down payment from beening approved, and DentalFirst also charge me a 28 dollars interest. Then when checking my credit score they hit me with a Hard Inquiry, which cause my credit score to drop 29 points. 755 to 726.Im so pissed.Never going back

My review is for the Easton, Pennsylvania location. They were great and I didn't feel I was being taken for a ride. Straight forward and not pushy. The only negative is the scheduling for proceedures since they are very busy.

Made an appointment over the phone, told her I had no insurance, and was told first exam is free, no payment upfront. I get to my appointment and am told that the exam is free, but they still need $250 upfront for “possible future dental work”… I knew there was a catch ?♀️

The worst dental service of my life. From day one, I explained to them what my problem was and what they did was sell me other things that I didn't need and due to my lack of experience, they accepted, then I realized that this never solved my tooth problem and Now they want me to pay again so they can solve my somewhat incoherent problem.

I called because I was shopping around for best price for an extraction. I have had teeth pulled before and I have used Aspen before but not the Easton practice.i call Easton number. Get a very nice woman on phone and she told me xrays and exam would be free because i was a first time patient and if I had a basic extraction it would be $202. I did understand that there could be unknown issues that could result in more charges but I thought this was great and made an appt. Next day i got a text from Aspen saying it was important for me to call. So I did. Manager told me I would have an initial charge of $250+ before I would have xrays and exam. Then if I choose to continue with treatment this would be applied. But if not this will be charged. I explained what was told the day before. She said this was probably a call service but I doubt that because I called same number she was calling me from. I questioned however why there are 2 different stories in regard to charges even if it was a call serviceShe said this is why we text you so you completely understand how it works. This is ridiculous. I was upset. She offered to go back and listen to initial phone call as all are recorded. I said please do that and we will discuss this further when i show up. Next day I simply cancelled the appt. I feel like I was being scammed. Why are people quoting different billing procedures?? I did not want to be a part of this group going forward

Every aspect of Aspen in Easton was amazing. From X-rays to Dentist to hygienist and the receptionist. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The dentists went over all my options and the pros and cons with each. The receptionist gave me pricing on different stages of my care and any financing that was available if needed. More follow up visits to come but definitely no anxiety about it!
