Worst Dunkin Ever!!slowest drive thru ever only two employees doing all they can to keep up and happy all the clients . The store manager and owner have to go they treat their employees like slaves shame on them . And they pay the worst rate to their employees they pay under 11dollars an hour for a hell a-lot of work !! you can see the unhappiness on many of their employees faces . I've seen the employees treating everyone nice including those few clients that are nasty to them . SMH

Great Customer service. I can't speak on the quality of much of the food or drinks.. Only grabbed an ice coffee but the workers were super nice when I stopped in today. I'm from out of town just passing by ..

Just waited almost 15 mins for two regular coffees… absolutely no line, in fact only one car at that the window waiting for their order. Then I sat at the window for about 5 mins while the 4 (that I saw) employees danced and were spraying each other with Febreeze. Best part was I had already paid, and an employee came over and asked what my already paid for order was so they could make it - which took 10 minutes!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I should’ve known better as this type of unprofessionalism occurs there all the time.

The worst Dunkin' around. Get to the window and wait while the employees chat and curse about some random dude they like. Then try and give me the wrong order. The lid on my order had shoe marks on it. Makes me wonder what else they use from the floor. They are slow, disorganized and not very clean. Just awful.

This is the second time in a row that I've had a problem with the iced tea. The first time, I noted that the tea had gone bad after tasting it. I was still at the drive thru window and asked for another fresh one. The ppl working the drive thru were completely confused (must not be tea drinkers) but they came up with the satisfactory solution of making hot tea and then pouring it over ice. This morning I tasted the tea and it had a slight coffee taste. This makes me wonder how they are making the tea here and if there were some new hires who don't have a clue.
