“I think this is the first time I have ever reviewed a bank before. Typically, I don't think I would but the experience I had there was outstanding. First, they were bought out by Santander Bank earlier and the name on Yelp needs to be updated. When done with this, I'll send them a note. My mother banks here and asked me to help her with her accounts and go through the Safety Deposit Box. She has a regular banker she uses (whose name escapes me right now). As soon as we entered, she was approached by her banker and given what seemed like a very sincere hug. We went through her accounts which were all in order. Then, we were taken down to the vault where we had as much time as we needed to go through everything. For fun, much of what we found were historical documents about our family - it was really great and emotional at the same time. When we were finished, we had a number to call so they could let us out. But, this is about the bank. I was very happy with the experience. I don't know anything about Santander but I must say the experience felt like this was a small, locally-owned bank who really cared about their customers. I'm glad my mother has a bank to work with that cares about her so much. Thank you for your great customer service,”
