Nandor Standi the Store Manager at the AT&T store at 2455 Park Avenue in Easton, PA is so awesome. I received excellent service. He was personable and very knowledgeable. I would not go any other place. Ask for Nandor Standi and you will not be disappointed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOU FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN. Came in wanting to upgrade 5/22/24 AT 7 PM and stood in the EMPTY store for 10 minutes. You would think that's the worst of it though. NOPE!
While standing there I called their phone number. Giving them the benefit of the doubt - Maybe they aren't sitting in the back watching me on the cameras waiting for me to leave. started to think maybe they had left - didn't make sense since the doors were wide open and I came at 7 and they close at 8. NOPE after two calls a guy walks from the back and says "Did you think that was smart? To stand here instead of knocking? I was using the bathroom" (He means knocking on the employee's only door) okay? I did not ask where you were - I'm a customer and I'm here for one thing but then he proceeded to make it his mission to KEEP asking me if I was smart while I was trying to hand him my ID to be helped. He was so dead-set on getting me to talk about anything else other than what I was there for. So after he asked for maybe the 4th or 5th time "Does that make any sense? Are you smart?" I reiterate I'm there to upgrade my phone. He then proceeds to laugh in my face then says "Are you going to be a human?" I did not raise my voice PRIOR to this comment as he continued to laugh in my face he then decided to say "There's a corporate store down the block - They'd love to help you"
I understand if you don't want to help me but disrespecting a customer is COMPLETELY uncalled for.
I put my ID back in my pocket and then finally gave him some choice words.
If he did not want to help me he shouldn't have came out. He should've continued to hide in the back but where does AT&T teach you to laugh in your customer's faces and treat them as a subhuman when they simply wanted to do business?
If you want to be disrespected from the very minute you step foot inside the store go here. If you actually want help I suggest you switch from AT&T.

Had a amazing experience, i will be only going to this store for all my Att needs. I want to say the store Manager Nandor and his staff are amazing especially with the past issue with the towers. They went above an beyond to help me when calling customer would not. AT&T needs more people like Nandor and his team working for the company especially customer service. I called numerous times and never got a straight answer and was hung up on numerous times. Going to the store made everything alot easier and convenient. Will strictly going to this store for all my cell phone needs. Thank you for everything.

Love love love Palmer Park Mall ATT !! They’ve shown me the best customer service out of any mobile store ! The entire staff is friendly, polite and beyond helpful. They offered us water to accommodate the stay as well as make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The manager Nandor has done very well with this store and it shows in the staff and how they conduct business. Truly appreciate this store and all they did for us ! 10/10 highly recommend !!

Nandor was EXCELLENT TODAY @ the AT&T store in the Palmer Park Mall. I highly recommend! He is patient and extremely helpful. I am very satisfied with my purchase today and feel great knowing that I can always count on this location!

Went in for a free upgrade to my phone and ended up getting tricked into a business account. Always get paperwork from them! It is now over 5 months later and ATT still can't get it right. They have a front end and a back end and sales people, no department communicated with each other. One month talk to someone for 40 plus minutes and it is supposedly fixed and next month it's like a Brian McKnight song We Start it back at one. It is a communication company that can't communicate with it's self. Have even sat in-store for 3 hours in November. Would not recommend.
