Love the Palmer Park Mall location. While I appreciate the opportunity to buy online, you can use 1 coupon only! Today, soap is 2.95, and I have a 20%discount, but I need to go to the store to be able to use both. Since covid, they do not carry all the adorable sayings on the soap that I love for my grandchildren. You have to buy them online! That complaint is for the company, not any of the stores. I'm not happy about that at all ! Palmer employees are very nice and helpful.

I just love most of the scents of their body lotion, body mist, body wash, candles and hand sanitizers! But I really enjoy taking advantage of the bogo deals and discounts!

I was looking for one product. The two lively women who helped me were very nice and helpful. However, the store didn't have what I was looking for. The two lovely ladies told me to look online. I ended up emailing bath and body works. I sent a email on Sunday it's now Monday past 8pm. I have heard nothing. I am not very happy.

Great store as always. Clean and organized, staff is very friendly. Many workers in store, I couldn't peacefully look around without someone coming up to me, after 6th person approached me, I decided to leave.

The store is always organized and neat. All the staff is helpful and knowledgeable of the products they offer. Even during busy times with long lines at the register, they keep the line moving!

I stopped in the other day to purchase scents that were out of stock in Bethlehem where I live. Let’s just say that the customer at this location leaves a lot to be desired. So, I am standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me. And several ladies are just standing having a full-fledged conversation after seeing me standing there for several minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. If whatever I am looking for is out of stock where I live I will go online and purchase them. Instead of driving 15 minutes wasting my gas to be treated like this.
