Bought a model 3 Tesla long range and it turned out not to be long range but performance so I had to go back to return the vehicle. During this process it took about double the time it would have normally because they had a new person training that was doing my paperwork. when bringing the vehicle back they had a second new person which took longer and made mistakes and are now actually having difficulty putting my deposit for my first vehicle down for my second vehicle. this place doesn't know what it's doing. Lost time and money and am still here 5 hours later

My only disappointment was the original value assigned to my SUV was $11,000. That value expired and after only two weeks of it being expired, the new value was $9600. Other than that, the experience of selling the car was easy and efficient.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling my car at this CarMax location today. I don't know about the other associates, but Rose Allen is AMAZING! She was professional, nice, funny, and more than competent. I walked in and out with a fair check for my SUV in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this CarMax location. Ask for Rose Allen!

Extremely pleasant surprise. Answered a few questions regarding car. Received online offer. Made an appointment. Was met by a professional sales associate (Marissa Hardy). She reviewed car, took pix, uploaded pix to Carmax associates for final review. Offer can back exactly what the online offer said it would be. No haggling. Whole process was finished within an hour. Highly professional. Would sell again to Carmax.

A BIG thank you to everyone here at Car Max in Easton. Big shout out to JOSH & HUNTER and CESAR, I’m def not the easiest to deal with. And they were beyond patient with me lol.
They took care of everything. We had a few little hiccups. That was not there fault and they took care of every single one. Some times things aren’t always perfect and they made sure it was perfect. From Trading in my Car to purchasing a new Tundra. They made the process so easy. I highly reccomend this dealer ship for there professionalism and help!!!

Carmax gives free test drives and free 24 hour 150 drives if their cars. I met the most relaxed employee there whose day got better with my visit. Glad I couldn't help him have a better day. We don't have many days in our lives so every day matters. Oh, not buying cars yet ever

This was the first time I've ever sold a car, and I had a great experience with James at Easton CarMax. I needed to sell my father's car after he passed away, but it was uninsured and unregistered. Since I couldn't drive it, I first tried carvana, but they gave me the run around, including completely wasting my time by asking me to do an unnecessary title change that the DMV refused to even do.
With James and CarMax, though, it was easy. We were able to get through the paperwork quickly and I walked out with a check in a little over an hour. This has been a stressful and difficult process and I was extremely impressed by James's competence, professionalism, and compassion in helping me through it. I would absolutely recommend Easton CarMax to anyone looking to sell a car.
