Terrible customer service:At Chaar pet supply store, I had a disappointing customer service encounter with a staff member with short orange hair. She exhibited rudeness and a lack of effective communication skills.Don’t think I’ll be shopping there again.

I stop in randomly if I don't feel like buying something on Amazon and waiting or heading to PetSmart. I would say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry most of the mainstream foods/toys and also some more high end things...like raw/freeze-dried foods. I only ding it for the prices. Expect to pay at least 10% more here. Also, there is a membership I think? You put in your number each time but I don't think it is for rewards, just looking up orders. That's also a bummer.

The woman at the register was extremely helpful and friendly. I googled the issue my kitten was having and went in intending to buy a particular item. After discussing it with her, she pointed me to a natural option, pumpkin! My kitten has had two feedings of pumpkin and is feeling much better!

The women running the register was very nice and very helpful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, when she saw me kind of wondering around, she stopped what she was doing and asked if I needed help (very attentive)! She helped me pick out new food for my cats and was able to answer any questions that I had! I go their often and had never had a bad experience!!!

VERY IMPORTANT - this is not a store for reptile or exotic pets, no supplies or live insects. If you have a dog or cat you will be very happy here, the store is very nicely organized and has alot of food choices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I didn't like was no music. It felt very odd. Maybe it wasn't working that day.

They don’t have any Hill’s Science Diet brand which is surprising since most pet stores do, and it’s also one of the biggest brands out there and recommended by veterinarians (I work in vet med). They don’t have any Purina Pro Plan specialty diets (sensitive skin and stomach etc), only just regular Pro Plan food. They seem to mostly only carry boutique brands which aren’t recommended. My boyfriend also got bearded dragon food from them last year only to get home and see it’s expired. Pretty unfortunate since this place is so convenient for me. However the store is clean and the employees seem nice.

Closed before actual closing time . Showed up with my dog to just quickly get him a snack around 455, and they said that they were closed while it was not yet 5pm

We just moved here from Long Island and found a wonderful groomer here in Easton. Missy is patient, listens to your wishes, and most important does a wonderful professional grooming!
