Horrible Branch recently went there to start an account for my son.
Waited for over 5 minutes before anyone attempted to help me even though there were representative there chatting it up and never even attempted to inquire as to my needs. After getting the attention of a clerk, who quickly passed me on to another clerk even though I was not there for teller service. I continued to wait and eventually a lady came out to inquire about my needs , who I later found out was the manager ( god help the bank with that lady as an employee) I told her I needed to open an account for my son , she looked at her watch and told me that there was no in the branch that could help me at this time ,I said to her with all the free personnel here no one could help me ? We had a little back and fort as to why no one could help me to no avail, so I said to her if I wanted to close my account would I be able to do that? And lo and behold she said yes she had some who could do that for me today . How interesting. Her tone , words and attitude towards me was very troublesome. I left the bank and made a complaint about her. After making the complaint I was told I would receive a phone call which I never did . I did receive a letter a few weeks later from chase card member services apologizing for my recent experience at a chase branch about my chase credit card. Interesting!!!!!! I I never made a complaint about my chase credit card.
Someone told me that Chase would sweep this under the rug. They knew what they were talking about. You won today LISA……

Personnel at this branch always make my experience a great one. Manger, banking staff. Looking forward for more branches to be opened in our Lehigh valley area.

I cannot say enough about this Chase location. From the moment we entered we were welcomed immediately and asked what was the reason for our visit.Their branch manager Lisa went above and beyond to help us. She was friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable. Her compassion and expertise made our transaction seemless. We were so impressed with this branch and ever so thankful for Lisa's help today. I would not think twice about returning and opening accounts here. It was an absolute pleasure to be listened to and taken care of in such an efficient manner. We cannot Thank Chase and Lisa enough.

Very friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and overall very modern... really nice inside and feels safe and secureLove that theres a drive thru ATM and parking! That was my only complaint about the Allentown and Bethlehem locations.Love Chase

Very bad customer service don't want to help and always making never answer phone call whenever I go there don't want to help at all my request to chase close or fire these people please ty only Cynthia was the best.

Do not bother going unless you have an appointment. I was having trouble opening account online, went into the branch thinking they would be able to help and was turned away at the door. They said they couldn’t help me without an appointment.
