Store Manager is horrible!!!! No customer service. A young lady that works at the store held a bunch of items for me, when I came to pick items..she didn't really look for the items and was beyond nasty. Oh my gosh, the choices people make to run their establishment.

Completely dirty all over the floor, employee was sitting in the chair behind the counter on her phone and did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. That place is really going down hill. I’d suggest hiring new people that actually care. I liked the old staff better.

Went into the store with my daughter and it looked like no one was there. The employee was sitting on the floor behind the register on her phone. Did not greet or acknowledge us as we walked around the store so we decided to leave without purchasing. Nonexistent customer service. It also looked a mess there. Would not recommend.

My daughter got her ears pierced by Bennett they were wonderful from start to finish very knowledgeable and kid friendly.

I worked here and can confirm that this store has MOLD. Multiple employees including myself were getting sick, which was one of my reasonings to leave. Be careful.

Excellent service, felt very welcoming. Angelina was very nice and friendly toward my siblings and I. Just an over all good and fun ear piercing service. Highly recommend!

The one coworker Angelina was filled of attitude I walked in planned to buy and walked out with nothing all she did was roll her eyes at me and disrespect me.

I’ve purchased items in store and found out same day they were over half the price online. I called the store and they said no it was just an online sale. In no place online did it state this and you could even place the order for store pickup for the sale price. Honestly what’s the difference. So thanks for ripping me off for 25$ since my daughter loves the items but we will absolutely never shop there again.

The experience I had at this Claire’s was horrible, and I do not recommend coming here. If I could give this store 0 stars, it would be done already. My family and I were at the store, and I was picking up an item, and was examining it. I was exactly ready to purchase it, I was just examining it still because I wanted to look at it a little more. Then one of the employees came at me, and yelled at me that I should put it down and it’s not a toy. Like I said, I was fully ready to purchase it. I guess this store isn’t getting any money from me. I was gonna purchase it, but I guess not. Please, don’t go to this store. If you can, go to a completely different one.

This Claire’s I went to was not like any other experience I’ve had with any other Claire’s, in a bad way. This certain Claire’s employee that I had talked with was very rude to me and my family member. I was near the back of the store when my family member picked up an item to examine for purchase. Keep in mind that I was fully ready to pay for anything I wanted to examine. As my family member picked it up though, one of the “employees” came up to me to say that this item is for paying customers and not a toy. We were about to pay for this item but this employee chose to not have our business. Please just go to a better store.
