The front of the store is great, but the pharmacy staff that I have interacted with the last two times in a month are RUDE. After calling numerous times (3 days straight) to ask a question about a prescription and getting no answer, I finally had the chance to get to the store to ask my question. I mentioned that I had been calling for 3 days, and the pharmacist/tech said sarcastically while rolling his eyes that they are busy and prioritize in person customers first. So I got my prescription which was supposed to be for 2 months per my doctor, and when I went to refill (which originally said I had 1) it said I had none. Since they already incorrectly put the prescription in twice, and then later deleted the duplicate, I figured I would just go into the store to ask my question before contacting my doctor for the 2nd month supply. The woman/pharmacist/tech who came over to help me at first, became completely dismissive and kept walking away from me mid sentence to do other things while I was talking to her (including helping other customers before I was finished trying to ask my questions). I would start to ask her something, and she would abruptly walk away from the counter and start doing other things so I had to finish my sentence while she was 12 feet away from me. I looked like a complete idiot. She did this 3 or 4 times and in the end she just walked away from me without even saying anything. Thank goodness I had screenshots of the duplicate prescriptions to prove that they made that mistake, and I should have taken screenshots of the refill that originally showed in the system (that eventually disappeared) because she acted like I was crazy or a liar.

The website allows you to schedule a Covid 19 test, but they don't provide that test? Staff let me know they're no longer set up for it when I showed up for my scheduled time. Total waste of my lunch hour when I'm feeling awful and trying to do the right thing and NOT potentially spread Covid.

Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak to someone in the pharmacy. I finally hung up. It would be quicker if I just drove over there!

The pharmacy never picks up. Called multiple times and was just waiting for 10 minutes after the 3 mins of robot prompt questions.

Plenty of out of towners coming in for Thanksgiving and Easton-PBurg football game. You would think management would have stocked EAHS swag….they had 2 shirts…(and about 50 Lafayette College shirts in the “EAHS” display)…more like “mismanagement”

Cvs pharmacy on town center Blvd has unprofessional staff and poor service. Multiple occasions I’ve been asked to come back multiple times for the same prescription. Tech Jasmine and Pharmacist Jenna should not work for cvs as they are unprofessional have no care or regard for customers and their medical needs.

Hands down worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They lost my insurance card and said they would call, because a certain pharmacist wasn’t in that had it. When I went to refill my meds, they said it’s gone. Very unprofessional, and down right disrespectful.

I was dispensed an opened package with seal clearly open. I was instructed by the Pharmacist to use it anyway. Won’t and will return it tomorrow. Poor service and attention to defective product.

I went here for a vaccine after a very negative experience at Rite-Aid. The store is very clean and well-stocked. The employees are very professional, courteous, and actually seem to enjoy their employment. I was attended to very quickly and was given my vaccine 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. This will now be my go-to location for vaccines and pharmacy needs.
