CVS Pharmacy provides generally good service, with friendly and helpful staff who work hard, even during busy times. Customers appreciate the effort of the pharmacy team in resolving issues and providing timely vaccines, such as the recent whooping cough shots. However, there are occasional problems, such as delays or miscommunication about appointments and pricing. One customer experienced a delay due to an unapproved credential, and another was surprised by the cost of a service after traveling. Overall, CVS Pharmacy is seen as a helpful and reliable place, with staff who care about their customers.
After having appt w/cvs on Shandy Blvd in Nazareth, showed up & was told pharmacist didn’t have credential approved. Was NOT notified until AFTER our apptx. Walked into Easton CVS was given our vaccines in timely manner & gave us info @ current whooping cough being passed around in lehigh Valley.

Excellent service. The 2 gentlemen working in the pharmacy never disappoint! Always friendly always helpful. I appreciate all the hard work they do. That pharmacy is always busy! Thank you for a job well done!
