Customers appreciate the effort of the pharmacy team in resolving issues and providing timely vaccines, such as the recent whooping cough shots. However, there are occasional problems, such as delays or miscommunication about appointments and pricing. One customer experienced a delay due to an unapproved credential, and another was surprised by the cost of a service after traveling. Overall, CVS Pharmacy is seen as a helpful and reliable place, with staff who care about their customers.
Stopped in to use their printing service and get information on printing some brochures. Kaitlyn (sp) was super friendly, knowledgeable and does her job very well. Thank you!
