This was actually the worst, most mediocre pedicure I’ve ever gotten. It was a glorified polish change. It would be one star, but the actual polish job itself wasn’t bad.

Does not except credit cards … they have an atm machine that charges for you to take money out.
Walked in for a pedicure yesterday.. sat under the dryer longer than my pedicure service. 35$ for a 15 minute pedicure, if even that long. Barely trimmed my cuticles & no massage whatsoever.. my toes have bubbles in the polish cause she globbed it on cause she was rushing . (See picture) very disappointed Will not return.

Unfortunately they are not cleanly and my nail bed is now infected… have never had this happen to me at any nail salon ever. Also my skin is raw from the filing.

As a professional in the industry, speaking only from my personal experience and opinion with my “nail tech” at D&K Nails of Easton Pa.
I think you need to go anywhere else unless you’re ok risking getting someone that will treat you like an animal waiting to be plucked, pruned and shipped down the conveyor belt. I would be ashamed and completely embarrassed to treat another human beings the way that I was treated. And in a paying, customer service environment nonetheless.
My friend and I were given a prepaid gift for our Mother’s Day gift. When my friend and I arrived, there was ZERO communication on what we were able to get. We were rushed through the entire process. There was nothing but irritation, frustration and again ZERO and when I say zero, I mean zero communication from this woman. I showed a picture of a color (pink with glitter) asking for their closet match. I was literally just stared at in frustration. Waiting for me to just choose one from the swatches after already being told to pick one off the shelf and rushed to our seats. There was so much confusion and no clear communication of anything. Once we found out our husbands paid for gel, imagine the anger on my “nail techs” face when I had to pick from the GEL color swatches.
I asked for glitter about 7 times, my exact sentence, very politely was “I just wanted to make sure you know that I want glitter over top” since she was unresponsive the first 6 times I asked. And I was yet again just stated stared at.
She treated me like a piece of meat she was prepping for food service. If my foot moved an inch out of her liking she would push my foot down with her fist as if she was kneading dough. Not trying to give me any kind of relaxing massage, flopping and moving her hands around like she was prepping meat. She was so annoyed with me she moved my hand off of the buttons of the back massager that I was trying to adjust, she moved my hand and turned it off. So I was no longer allowed to get any ounce of enjoyment out of this appointment.
My friends nail tech who spoke English and went in and out of speaking directly to me when I was asking a question about the pink color but never once helped communicate anything at all or help me so everyone can be happy and things can move efficiently.
I was so uncomfortable and unsettled when I left. When I got home I looked down at my toes I truly could not believe my eyes when I looked closer and realized there wasn’t any glitter. As a professional I had to let them know it was unacceptable service. So I tried called but it was busy…and busy…and busy. Our appointment was at 5. We were out by 5:30…they closed at 7pm. I called multiple times and got a busy signal repeatedly, finally after closing 7:05pm, someone picked up. I explained myself, they asked what I wanted to do, I said I’d like to be refunded and they weren’t willing to refund me. So I said you know what, keep the money because it’s not about that at all. I needed them to know how truly unprofessional and disgusting it is to treat people like this.
I showed up with a friend to do something with never do for ourselves, I was supposed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing pedicure. Instead I was treated like an animal, a piece of meat, whatever reason she chose to take her bad day out on me and ruining my entire experience.
If you hate your job, get a new one. If you hate people, don’t serve them.
I recommend supporting smaller personally owned nail salons/techs. Unfortunately I cannot and will not ever recommend D&K anymore and I will make sure everyone that asks me will
know about my experience.
Picture is on left is what I got and on the right is what I asked for the closest match. Sheer pink with glitter, I got bright Barbie opaque pink without glitter.

I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now. Normally the experience is good but the last two times not so much. A gentleman did my nails and they were crooked but the nails I can be a bit passive on but his attitude not so much. Today I asked for a polish change on my toes and he really didn’t make an attempt to find out the color that I wanted, I wasn’t sure because it was a certain pink that gives the nude appearance. So when it was time to do my nails I just stated that I would wait for someone else and I was nice and calm about it. After John did my nails which he did a great job by the way, I went to pay and I still offered a tip to the gentleman who did my polish change and he was extremely nasty to me saying he didn’t want it waving his hand and shooing me away as if I was a peasant!!!!!! Sad but I will never step foot back in this place and neither will anyone that I know! To be nasty to a customer for no reason and then be even nastier when they still try to do right by you is just sad!!!

I got acrylic nails. Not happy at all. They were all crooked. And way to thick. Oh let me mention they cut my skin in several places that took days to heal.

I got my nails done here, I was actually very upset by the outcome of my original nails after being done by a tech here. I told her I did not like them, and she explained that they will grow out and look good after a couple fills. After looking at them closer, I went back in and asked to have them reshaped at least. The tech who reshaped my nails was understanding and reshaped them for me. Although the previous tech did not mention it when I expressed that I did not like them. Definitely would not return.

I had an appointment on a Tuesday, I wanted to keep my nails short so I asked for a gel manicure with chrome on top. Mind you, I was told the chrome would be $10 extra. I got my nails done and left.. on that Thursday two of my nails had chipped. Since it was gel and I had to pay 10 extra dollars I went back so they could fix it, which they did for free.. however it is now Saturday and two different nails are now lifting and peeling at the sides and another one is chipped. Given I payed $43 for these nails, I expected them to last more than they did.. which was less than a week. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to d&k on and off for the past several years. For the most part the staff are friendly and their prices are fair. However, my experience last night was not a good one. I had a male tech, who despite me telling him multiple times that he was hurting me/ being too rough, he didn’t seem to care. And i mean he was REALLY hurting me. I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to be done. For reference i have been getting my nails done for over a decade and this was no normal discomfort from getting a full set. He was filing my nails so hard they felt like they were being lifted from my nail bed. In the beginning i had asked for a pink and white set w a christmas design that i showed him and he said it would be no problem. By the time he was done with my nails he didn't even bother doing the design and i felt like he was rushing me out of there because i was complaining. The real kicker is i still tipped him for his time and i honestly felt like maybe i shouldn't have. Im attaching a picture of my nails because they are pretty but overall my experience there was so bad I might not go back.

Arrived & saw sugn cash only, ran out & got cash.Had a gel mani/pedi. The girl who did my pedi was outstanding. My first bad was once she was done I should have tipped her right then. My manicure was awkward. When he was all done & I paid & gave him $15 for the tip, 20% of what I paid. He spoke to the girl who did my pedi almost like laughing at me, he gave me a $5 back & took a $10 out of my hand & gave it to her. Laughed at me & spoke in their language, as if I was not giving enough, very humiliating. Extremely uncomfortable, will not go there again ?
