The fact that you guys traveled all the way to jersey city nj and the customer service you provided while there was top of the line service for them. I appreciate all you’ve done today with getting them their beautiful new sectional and rug to their home. Our family will definitely be shopping there again!

I needed to replace my living room set in a hurry and they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted in days. The pricing was fair, the customer service was refreshing. The owner walked us around showed us everything and when he didn't have what I was looking for he and his wife literally found it and made it happen so I completely replaced everything in my living room & dining room. Went in for couches and came out with the works curtains, area rugs , wall decor and all. To add to the already impeccable customer service the owner was there for delivery and even came back himself the same night to exchange the rug since there was a miscommunication in color and they originally brought the wrong one. No run around no waiting I shopped one day and 2 days later my entire first floor was completely made over for a reasonable price. I will never shop anywhere else for furniture again. This was the easiest and best service I've received in a long time. Family owned & operated

Some things you can find super cheap others not. All in all though they have a HUGE selection of curtains. It's also easy to get credit here. It's pretty ok. And they have some unique items like a 5 ft tall crystal Eiffel Tower that lights up. It's BEAUTIFUL and not as gaudy as it sounds.

Purchased a sectional from Dave, service was great. He was a nice person to talk with, his helper I didn’t get his name but he also was pleasant. I went kinda unprepared to take the sectional and Dave offered free curd side delivery. When they showed up his assistant actually helped me get it inside the first floor. Overall great service, great price. Look forward to see how long it last. Thanks again I’ll definitely come back in the future. 100% recommend checking them out even if it’s just to compare prices. Thanks Dave

Great selection of furniture and decor for your home. They were knowledgeable about the furniture and very friendly and helpful through the whole process. There was a mixup that was noticed after delivery, but Dave's came through for us in record time. The sectional looks great in our home. I can definitely recommend Dave's Department Store.
