We had to put our 16-1/2 year old Yorkie down last week. It was very difficult but the staff and doctors helped us make the most compassionate decision for our pup. Everyone from the front desk staff to the tech to the doctor was so kind and helpful.

Very unprofessional overall. I’m a long-term client at another vet, and this vet has been nothing short of amazing for ALL of my pets. My sister was nervous about her 18 year old cat and was afraid it was time to say goodbye. I reached out to my vet to see if she’d be willing to see her and of course without hesitation, she did. She gave solid advice and suggested some supportive care as she thought overall the cat was ok (both my sister and I agreed during the exam). The vet from Eah took it upon themselves and be incredibly rude and nasty to the staff at my vet basically berating them. In a field where we are all working towards the end goal of helping animals, their behavior was unethical at best. Imagine being the recipient of the phone call when literally all you did was try to help a cat. I have an amazing relationship with the vet I use, and I will continue to use and promote her business due to the down to earth, caring, affordable, and trustworthy care that my cats have always received. If you’re willing to take time out of your day to berate someone or a practice on that level, you’re likely not a business that follows kindness and ethics, and therefore not a business I will ever consider doing business with or recommending. Reading some of the other reviews, it seems the opinions are the same. In addition, my sister did bring the cat to your location yesterday and you did the SAME treatment that was criticized just a few days ago. Do better.

We have been taking our animals here for over ten years. Love the team of doctors. I've had to put down one dog and two cats during my time with them. They are always so kind and helpful til the very end during these stressful moments. I really appreciate all they do! We moved an hour away and still bring our animals here. Cant imagine going anywhere else.

I'm giving this 2 stars for the vets, vet techs and receptionists. They are all wonderful people. The owners are not good people. The owner, Glenn, will verbally and mentally abuse his staff. He will curse you out, tell you you're replaceable, and then the management will tell you to get back to work. And that didn't even happen to me, it happened to my coworker 3 days into my first week. Doesn't matter if you're a receptionist or a veterinarian. I never even spoke to the man, but as a receptionist here for 3 weeks I just received a call from co-owner Kathy saying I was "not working out" with no other reasoning I can think of except I would not stand for her husbands abuse to his staff. I'm not a disgruntled employee, I'm just someone whose morals can't be bought for 15/hr.

Staff is wonderful, but the owners are horrible and not good people! Do not give your business to these kind of people, they do not deserve it. They do not treat their staff well!! Would give zero stars if it were an option!

There is never a good time to say goodbye to a beloved pet. Especially one that you have had for 13 years. Dr Craig and her wonderful staff made this dreaded day brighter by simply acknowledging my feelings and thoughts. The encouragement and support I received from the second I walked in until the moment I left was something I will never forget. Days later, I received the most beautiful sympathy card with a hand written note from Dr. Craig herself. The fact she didn’t have her staff do that task alone and took time out of her busy schedule to express her condolences speaks in volumes about her character. Thank you to everyone who helped me that day. If you are looking for a veterinarian who treats you AND your furry family like family, look no further.

Will be taking my dog elsewhere. They made a great first impression and we initially loved them the first few visits. When my mini bernedoodle puppy was 5 months old, we had a terrible encounter and it has only gone downhill since. They had a dog in an adjacent room who was waking up from anesthesia and was making such horrific crying sounds that even the humans were on edge. I do not feel it is even appropriate to let dogs wake up from anesthesia within earshot of other customers if they make such horrific noises, but clearly nobody thought through what effect that could have on dogs and owners. My puppy was terrified of the sounds and became scared when he was always previously calm at the vet. On top of him being scared, they took him to a separate room away from us to give him his shots. He was terrified and bit the vet tech. They said that it was no big deal and that in the future they would give shots with us in the room so our puppy wouldn't be as scared. As a side note, he has gone to Vetco (the vet at Petco) several times for shots where they allow owners to stay with the dog, give the dog a few minutes to warm up to the vet, and use distraction techniques for shots. My puppy has never even noticed the shot happening and gives the vet kisses before and after.Since then, the techs at Easton Animal Hospital continue to drag him out of the room to a separate area to give him his shots. They have begun treating him like a bloodthirsty criminal when he is a happy, friendly boy and has not bitten anyone prior or since. My puppy loves everyone he meets and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. We completely understand the muzzle as a precaution and are not complaining about that. The tech who was previously bit was assigned again to our room and was extremely rude to me, unfriendly to my dog (who was wagging his tail and wanted to say hi to her), and said things to make me feel guilty for my puppy biting her when I wasn't even in the room when it happened. The vet, John Yaswinski, entered the room and acted like a scared child who didn't want to get within 100 feet of my happy, tail-wagging dog. He made no effort to make me or my dog comfortable and clearly wanted to get out of the room as soon as possible.Every time my 10 month old puppy looked at the vet, he jumped back 5 feet. I muzzled my boy and kept him completely relaxed but the vet still did not do his job appropriately. He did not take the time to listen to what was going on with my dog (vomiting), barely examined my dog because he was so scared of my dog, and still called for backup in the room so someone could "hold him down". My puppy was doing nothing wrong and had neutral/relaxed body language the entire time. He did not attempt to bark, lunge, or display aggressive behavior at the vet, but the vet was still treating him like he was about to rip off a limb. After his 5 second physical exam, he and the assistant literally drug my puppy out of the room with no offer of doing the shots where I could comfort my dog. I can only imagine what goes on in this "secret" room where they are likely aggressive in holding down your dog. If the vet would have remained relaxed and took a few minutes to make my dog comfortable, and did the shot with me present, I would bet all of the money in my bank account that my dog wouldn't have even blinked an eye at getting the shot. The vet tech and the vet were both extremely unprofessional and should not be in this field if they can't handle a 10 month old mini bernedoodle who got scared one time from extenuating circumstances. For my puppy to bite them, it took an enormously bad situation, and they did nothing to remedy the situation or make us feel comfortable coming back. I did not like the way they treated my puppy, or me, during our visit today, and regret spending the $300 on the 30 second exam and horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will be having my vet records sent to a vet with caring and friendly staff.

EAH was part of Bailey Doyle throughout her life, and did a wonderful job keeping her healthy and happy. Our family appreciates everything they did.
