My first experience ever using a storage place. Never again!! I only had the storage for a month and a half, and when I went to get my things out the storage place, my boxes were bitten into. I had mouse droppings all over my things inside my boxes on the outside of my furniture. My shoes in boxes were bitten up by mice. Very terrible experience and my property got damaged. I informed U-Haul about this. They stated to me they were doing an escalation and was going to have this sent to a manager to call me back within 72 hours. I never got a call back here it’s going on almost a month since I complained about the situation, I called back on various occasions and gave them the escalation number which I was provided by a representative and they always say that the number I’m giving them is not a escalation number so what they did with my complaint I have no idea and they always tell me that they can’t transfer me to a manager they have to call me back within 72 hours and that goes nowhere. Ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody unless you want damage property, and possessions U-Haul storage does not effectively communicate with you. It’s been a bad experience from the get-go.

This facility has been nothing but a problem since the day I moved in. First, I reserved a unit that was "drive-up access”, but the unit I was assigned is all the way in the back of the facility. Far from drive-up.Then, the door for the storage unit slice my finger wide open requiring stitches to close. U-Haul hasn’t even paid for my ER visit.Now, I’m sitting outside of the facility and locked out of getting stuff from my unit because they have changed the building hours. I reserved the unit as 24/7 access. I have to look for another storage place.

Excellent storage space, great location. There is only 2 dollys - 1 flat and 1 with raised bars for doors or pictures etc. So waiting for them can be a real patience tester.
