I had to ship back my company laptop after getting laid off, and I had a tough time figuring out which FedEx had pack and ship capabilities, so I was having a rough day. Thalia helped me and was so so nice and friendly it really helped me a feel a lot better! It was super quick and easy as well. I don’t normally review but this person literally made my day so much better.

Be careful when dropping off Amazon returns here. I dropped off a item to be returned. Got a receipt. Now it’s nearly a month later and I got an email from Amazon saying that they will be charging me for that item if they don’t receive it soon. Of course I lost the receipt by now, so I have no proof that I returned it. This never happened to me at Kohl’s or any other return center. Not going back to this office and I’m out $50.

This FedEx has an exceptional staff. They're highly professional, incredibly helpful, and always cheerful. Their friendliness is a breath of fresh air. Impressive service!

I remain in awe over the degree of service, courtesy, and professionalism I witnessed at this location.I will name no names but helpful people help people; hurt people hurt people. It is refreshing to come to a place of business where the employee is kind, smiles, looks and acts professional, and is happy to be there. This is how it should be. I will be coming back here for my shipping needs and appreciate the level of care this employee showed.

Just picked up my package and the ladies were great! One actually knew my first name after I gave her my last. Courteous, prompt, friendly and professional. That type of service is refreshing!
