I had a 10am appointment. They didn't bring my car in for my inspection until 1045a. The inspection took an hour, which is fine. But when it was done, they told me they just had to get it off the lift and get me out of there. Well, I saw it come down. By now, my 1yr old niece was awake and getting antsy. 20 minutes go by (that's how long her baby music is) and the guy that told me I was done, was still not back. I waited a couple more minutes then saw my car parked outside.In total, they had me waiting an extra 40minuted after my car was finished, with an antsy baby, in a full waiting room, while the other desk guy was on and off the phone with my keys sitting right in front of him. Which I finally got after I went over and told him I needed my keys and had to go.I ended up leaving at 1230p. 2.5hrs for an inspection. Nice.

The staff is knowledgeable, cooperative and competent. They did a fairly decent job on a Saturday in a timely manner. I was not happy that they don't have a drop off / pick up option. I had to spend an additional $30 towards Lyft. I do plan to return if my vehicle performs well !!!

I made an appointment and that experience was very good. The drop off was great, also. When I went to pick up at 4PM the car was not done and had only just been pulled in. I said during the appointment making process and at drop off that I needed the car by 4. Both people understood and said there would be no issue. Edward made it right at 5 when I came back again and I am hoping to deal with him again when it is time to bring my husband's Duramax in for tires.

I have been going to this Firestone for a while and have had uniformly positive experiences, but I do think things have gotten even better recently. Edward keeps things running well and courteously and is helpful in explaining the services and finding relevant coupons. I came today for some routine maintenance and they discovered another issue with the car, which they took me out to show and explain. On another occasion, they filled out a form for me so I could apply for a new (free) license plate due to damage, and one time they changed my key battery free of charge because they noticed it was run down. I've tried a few different auto care places in the Easton area, and this is my favorite.

Very pleased with the Easton location (3804 Easton Nazareth Hwy.) Have service performed at the Turner Street location in Allentown before, but this is the first time here. Needed 4 new tires and was looking at a low end off-name brand. But the service advisor informed me that there were stackable Firestone coupons available for me to purchase a set of AS V2's including the road hazard warranty for only a little more money. They were also able to do my state inspection right away, even though I hadn't scheduled for that service in advance. Service tech and advisor were very knowledgeable and polite, as was the store manager. Will be back again for service.

Booked an appointment for a couple weeks ago for 9:00 this morning to get 4 tires replaced and an alignment done. Hadn't heard anything all day so I called them at 4:50. They said they hadn't even started on the car yet. I asked why they had me book a 9:00 appointment if they weren't starting it around that time. The response I got was "Half of Nazareth booked their work for 9:00". Not sure why he was so dramatic or why they allowed more cars to be scheduled than they could work on, but entirely not the point. I told them I needed the car. He said they would bring it in right away and get it done. Now it's 5 minutes after they closed with no call from them and every time I called, no one answered. So either they overbooked, didn't have the tires, or damaged my car and need time to fix it. Either way, it all comes down to bad management and lack of customer service training. So now I don't know if I will have a car in the morning or not.EDIT: Just stopped in. By the picture below you can see that they just started the work 24 hours after I dropped it off. They flat out lied when they said they were starting it at 4:50 last night and it would be done in 90 minutes. When asked this morning, they couldn't provide an answer as to why they lied to me and also offered no apology.EDIT 2: Finally got the car done. Noticed some fresh shiny scratches on the rim edge with black rubber smeared on them. Service writer came out and looked at it and said it wasn't from them. Asked to speak to the manager, Jay, about it. Went back in and had to wait 10 minutes while Jay was doing other stuff. The service write said I wanted to talk to him and he said he will be right with me. Then he turns to the writer (instead of acknowledging me directly) and says "I'm not sure why he wants to talk to me, I'm not going to do anything about it." So I went over and asked why when he hasn't even looked at the damage. He gets up and walks away from me into the shop. I asked him not to walk away from me. He yelled "Get out of my shop". I said I would as soon as he looks at the car. He then yelled "Call 911!" I said, seriously? He then slams the door into me and proceed to push me with it. I asked the service writer for my keys, then left. A customer then came out into the parking lot and said he would be my witness to what happened. Just goes to show you there are some real loose cannons out there and there are still people willing to go out of there way to help. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

This is my 2nd time at Firestone and I again left with a pleasant experience. Every visit I had I came in filled with anxiety about my car and always left feeling relieved. These guys know what they’re doing and it shows not only in their labor but also in their customer service. Ernie is calm and collected when explaining the invoices and it’s easy to match the vibes even once you walk into the store. As a veteran, it’s like I’m being treated like family on base and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much, I definitely recommend stopping in!

Great business with very nice and professional employees. They explained everything in detail and took me without an appointment. I purchased the tire elsewhere and they balanced it and replaced the tire and discarded the old one. I recommend this location.

Must have lucked out and gotten the most unhelpful employee when I came in, same person two days in a row. I made an online appointment and when I came in, he told me it was for a different day, I thought maybe I put the day in incorrectly, so I said well can I get an oil change and he said no we’re short staffed. I later checked and I had made it for the correct day but he told me it was for another day. I made a new appointment for the next day and I went in and lucky me, same guy is there, he said there was no appointment for me, I read the email I received to him and I asked why do you offer online appointments if the information is not getting to you and he said, I don’t know what to tell you. OK can I get an oil change today? Nope, we can’t do it today. That was it, instead of offering to make a new appointment for me, or seeing if he can fit me in he just said nope we can’t make an appointment for you today and let me walk out. So the last few times either myself or my daughter have called to try to make appointments for our cars for an oil change, they never have anything anytime soon, it’s always at least a week out. No attempt to squeeze you in, no attempt to accommodate. Just a flat out no. The customer service is seriously lacking. No apology. No, we can give you a call, absolutely nothing. Like you just don’t want our business?We used to go to the Bethlehem location and then traveled to Lansdale because we only trusted Jay at Firestone. He’s since got a well deserved promotion and he recommend coming to Easton and working with Tyler. As always, Jay did not steer us wrong. Tyler was friendly, professional, and respectful and I feel confident that I can trust him. Moreover, that he and his staff are going to be taking good care of our cars (my daughter came on Thursday morning).Services: Wheel alignment

Had an appointment at 8am scheduled 2 weeks in advance for 4 tires to be replaced. Was there by 7:45 originally told it would be done in 2 hrs. At 3 pm car wasn’t even in yet! What are appointments for??? Useless!!!Service: Tires
