Worst experience as the phone number on the ATM card doesn’t allow members to speak to a human, I then had to drive to the Easton bank where the teller was totally useless and gave wrong information to me. This is beyond frustrating and the worst customer service.

When you have a banking issue and it takes more Than 5 minutes just to go through all there automated questions and STILL NO HUMAN on the other side is absolutely ridiculous. I am seriously considering taking all my funds out of this business bc of this. Utterly ridiculous

The staff is awesome!The banking fees, etc ..., are all but nil!They keep solid working hours ....I am not sure what more one can ask for, especially in this day n age!

They took two payments from my account and then when I called they left me on hold for an hour and 20 minutes without anyone answering. Now I don't know where I should go to get a refund for later!!!! I was really very disappointed and had different expectations.

When calling to take care of any loan business I wait on the phone longer than usual for a business of this magnitude. They don't send out a statement for loans nor give you a ticket booklet to mail in with a check.If you call to make a payment they charge you a 7 dollar service fee.

Outstanding service! All personnel I interacted with so far - either by phone or in person - have been very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I entered FCFCU in Easton for the first time about two months ago. They took the time to sit down with me for almost two hours and we took care of all my financial affairs down to the smallest detail. And no pressure. I moved my assets I kept with another local bank for more than 30 years over to FCFCU, and I am very happy I did!

Waited about an hour for a withdraw to be approved, The branch manager Doug was so rude and unprofessional and didn't approve the withdraw from my available balance. This clown doesn't belong in customer service, seems miserable and depressed.Been a customer for over 10, never had any issue, will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great staff and friendly. They have always been willing to help with important banking needs.I have a great relationship with this bank and had lots of car loans through them and I've been satisfied through out each loan.

I recently opened an account with First Commonwealth at their Phillipsburg NJ location. Their member associate was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the products offered. I’m looking forward to taking advantage of the services they offer and especially the personal attention they give to their members.

They have always taken of us immediately and they guided us through every step in our process for our loans in a quick and efficient manner. Very helpful and removed all the stress and pressures of the process from us. We have always been treated with respect. I love doing all my banking needs with them!!

Started an account through my employer which remained dormant since my retirement. Stopped in the lobby to make a deposit and had several questions. The person who assisted was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! Great experience! I look forward to future transactions!

I’ve been locked out so many times from phone & on line for 4 days. I’ve been a member since 1985 when it was NorCar. Policies were so much better. The ATM system has a great deal to be desired. You can’t do more than 1 transaction without reinserting the card over & over. FCFCU should definitely look at ATM other institutions. Saving grace is that some of the NorCar employees are still working.
