Not much of a game store anymore, although that's the case everywhere. 3/4ths of the store is funko pops and anime merchandise. the parts that are games are all just modern consoles. the selection of games isn't even that good. Almost exclusively popular games you can get a way better deal on elsewhere. There's really no reason that I can see for anyone needing to visit here for anything.

Apparently people can't pay attention when they are giving out games I paid the price for the ps5 diseny dreamlight valley and I winded up getting the ps4 game in my case which I know is backwards compatible but I bought the ps5 version for the better quality and then they tell me there's nothing they can do and it doesn't make a difference I won't be going to this game stop again they need to have people that are actually educated

Came in before they closed w the product wanting to return it, but because the tape was taken off the box. They wont return it, product was never used nor touched, but because the tape was taken off the box. They wont let you return the product, but anywhere else if you open it they take it back. Make it make sense, all a bunch of morons that work there.

Great place if you go in person. As for anything else. Best of luck with them picking up the phone. It's been a constant problem for over the past year now. They intentionally will ignore the phone when you call. Best of luck getting ahold of them!

Ordered a controller for in-store pickup around 10AM. Stores closed now and my order was never prepared. For one controller. How hard could that possibly be? And they don't answer the phones. Doesn't seem like anyone "working" at the store wants to actually do their simple jobs. Just shut this useless branch down.

I went into this store for the first time to use my monthly $5 coupon on a pack of Pokemon cards. Their employee, John, employee ID 521725 used 40k worth of my rewards points for himself. They won't pick up their phone either so I can speak with anyone.

Open when they feel like it close when they feel like it. I went to GameStop on Thursday and they was already closed. It was only 4:45 they had been closed for awhile since it was dark inside and no one was inside

Done with Game Stop. Unhelpful, snarky, rude clerks give out false information and tried to over charge for the merch I intended to buy. I walked out and went to a direct competitor to GS and went home with the merch I wanted and saved the load of money this place tried to charge me for!!!

Very nice lady behind the counter. Put one person working when store has seven or eight customers is crazy. Lady was also sick. And nobody would come in for here. Not the way to work things during Covid. Had a funny odor in the store smelt kinda like mold. Also this is one of the smallest Game Stops I have seen. Okay game and funko collection. Mostly used games when I was there. Five stars for the lady, three stars for the store itself and appearance.

Employee working today has a really bad attitude. Horrible customer service and I was at least the second person leaving unhappy after interacting with him. I won't be going back to this location for a while.1 year later update: This was the only location that had the game I wanted to purchase in stock. I went out of my way to drive to the store to buy the game and I was told by the sales associate that he could not sell me anything. Even if I purchased the game online for pickup at store he still would not be able to sell anything because the store was having a computer problem.
