Kay was very professional and courteous while completing my taxes. However made an appointment on line got there and I was the only customer in waiting room. Two walk ins came after me and was taken before me. I did not schedule with anyone particular. So I think that needs to change

Friendly and competent. Done in a timely manner but I think it was a tad pricey for a relatively easy return. But I don't expect anyone to work for cheap.
