Horrible experience. Management is rude. Doesn’t listen to your concerns —- interrupted every question I had with “idk” no greeting when I came in. Pissed I even spent money w this. Hubert is awful ! Would NEVER recommend this location.

My wife brought me home a pair of Nike's for my birthday. I tried them on and they were a little snug so I wore them around the house but not outside.The very next day we went back to the store and they would not do an exchange in any way, we had the receipt. They told me there was damage to the shoes and they could in no way resell them. There was none. I was not asking for my money back. Mind you, we're talking about a pair of $65 Nike's, on sale. I can honestly tell you if I had found something I like, I would have paid any additional costs. It definitely wasn't the money.My wife and I buy no less than 20 pairs of footwear a year and we will never step foot into your store again.You have awesome customer service. Let's see how long you last here. Good luck!PS I too am in sales, so memorize this:"Remember the customer is always right."A better attitude helps too!!

Tanya was wonderful. 10/10 best experience coming to this specific store . Been here numerous of times and the service was not great but today was great. Was informed about all the deals that was going on plus more . Thanks Tanya !!

100 percent worst snipes store. It’s not like it’s busy in there because every time I go it’s empty but some how when you try to call nobody ever answers the phone. Corp definitely needs to step in at this store , either fire everyone working there including the useless manager and start over . Or give them basic training skills. Mind blowing how this store conducts business.

The customer service is lacking at best. Someone from corporate might wanna tell Janaya that greeting customers is apart of her job. And try losing the attitude. I was one of 2 customers in that store. You don't feel welcome. I will take my business somewhere else.

Will not be purchasing anything from these guys anymore. Made a purchase online for a pair of shoes for my wife, order was placed and confirmed then 3 days later they tell me the shoes are not in stock. Right After that I chose a different pair as soon as the next day and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me after order was confirmed to tell me the shoes were not in stock. They need to get their website together, this is unacceptable. Can't even get the shoes my wife wanted because of this companies mishaps.

Nooooobody greeted or acknowledged us when we entered the store. One staff member just stood or more like lurking around. Customer service was terrible that day I visited. And this was my 1st time in this store. Glad I decided not to spend my hard earned money in this store.

The worst place to go shopping. You walk in not one greats or asks if you need help. I wanted to make a purchase and stood at the register for 5 minutes and no one assisted me so I left. Will not spend my money here again.

Assistant manager Sheila was extremely helpful she was attentive and provided quick solutions. You can tell she cared about store performance and provided great customer service. Very polite, goal oriented and provided feed back when I needed advice on selection. She made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks again for a A1 experience.
