I am concurring with the all bad reviews regarding customer service but my experience with Fulton bank was a deeper concern involving the loan process and several personnel. Last month, I applied for Home equity line of credit, since my credit score is over 750 and I just got instant approval. All good and predictable thus far. Then comes the Appraisal when I was blind sided by appraised value that 40% lower of my actual home value. indeed, It could be my opinion of value, yet I am a Certified Residential Appraiser for the last 16 Years, so I can be wrong but not by 40% difference. I requested to see the appraisal report the report was an embarrassment of a job to say the least. So many errors in Market condition, Neighborhood boundaries but what got me most that my property condition was market as Average condition at one section of the report and as Poor condition on a different section. the appraiser forgot and appraised as poor condition. Please note that house was completely renovated 6 years ago. Also the person who came to inspect the property was not the appraiser which is completely illegal. Problem with Fulton Bank started When Stacy (Consumer lending manager) Refused to address errors in the appraisal report stating that the report is ( legal ). Stacy was rude, defiant and unprofessional. Stacy was completely combatant throughout this process. This story ends by rejection of my loan. I know well that I can retaliate sending this appraisal report to the appraisal board and consumers affair, but this will hurt so many other beside customer service personnel and Stacy will point finger to the appraisal report as the Colbert of her failure. So I believe that my review will deter many people from dealing with Fulton Bank All together due to poor service. In my opinion this review will help many people to avoid frustration, disappointment, money and time. I rather to help than retaliate and punishP.S I am willing to provide the appraisal to anyone would ask for it. I just cant post it due to the private information.

Terrible service. I opened up a bank account almost over two months ago and I have yet to receive my debit card. I keep asking what’s going on and when will I get it and I get a different answer every time. This branch has terrible customer service skills. I’m tired of going in and out of the bank to get cash (which I hate carrying) because of their mistakes.

This bank is very insulting and rude to their customers. My wife and I have deposited checks that were made in both our names and suddenly there was an issue at the drive thru today. The teller also was rude to my wife and held her up and made her late for an appt. She the teller. could not even count out 680 in all twenties that were all prepared for them ahead of time in all the correct order and arranged neatly ...and the teller yelled out to my wife that she desperately needed to and use the money counter! Are you kidding?

I have to concur with mr. Ross that this bank branch is very hard to deal with involving customer service issues.. I've been a customer with the bank for well over five years now as a business customer, andthey give you no added perks, waivers, or friendly smiles when I walk in the door! Indeed the bank employees generally have a sour attitude (except for Marie), and the place feels like a morgue when walk in; and even more so when I walk out!! It's too bad; considering the bank itself is beautiful.. You would think that would lend itself to a cheerier disposition..../????
