“Was a pretty decent process. Check-in was simple and wait time was minimal. Lab itself is pretty small but clean. Make sure to communicate with the phlebotomist and that she understands what works for you as she ended up poking me twice and I originally informed her the vein she chose would not work. Otherwise, normal experience.”

She assisted without a step in checking him in, showing amazing compassion & respect & brought his bracelet to him. So very thoughtful! We were there for the lab... Extra special thanks to Jayla, an angel phlebotomist here on earth! So kind, so compassionate to my husband when he was there in August!
