I wish I would have seen these reviews prior.
Went here for convenience.
After the man did my pedicure he attempted the manicure. I stopped him after I began bleeding from the cuticle cutting. He didn’t think it was a problem. I did.
I do not like to judge but if you are in the service industry you may want to be presentable to the client. The entire interaction was disturbing. He appeared very unkept or had just woken up.
Go somewhere else for much better service and quality.

I have been at this nail salon about 4 times. My experience has been different with each nail technician. But one thing that is common amongst these is that they are not pleasantly interactive, they are not open to positive criticism, they get offended when you ask them to do something that you like because it's your nails, your style, your satisfaction and your money. They are there to serve to our liking and style. One thing that I am not comfortable with is that they don't seem to follow strict sanitary cleansing of the tools used. Especially for pedicure. The pedicures are not done well. Cuticles are barely pushed back, cuticle and skin around the nail is not removed entirely, leaving you with dead, dry cuticle the looks like you just did nail polish at home. They don't work under the nail. They don't remove the build up under the nails for pedicure, they don't check if the toe nail needs to be looked at for ingrown. It's a sloppy job everything I have gone. When I went this past Sunday, a man did my pedicure. It was the worse experience. His attitude was so unprofessional and unpleasant. I couldn't relax nor enjoy this moment. Everytime I would ask him kindly , please push my Cuticle back because they put no effort into it then start to talk about you in their own Language and I know what they are saying because I open my Google translate to record them. When I would ask for toe nail to be buffed because it is so obvious that I have deep ridges and the nail color will not apply smoothly, he would move my hand. In one occasion he grabbed my foot with anger and replaced it where he wanted it. I paid $35.00 for this. I am from New York and I know what a good pedicure and manicure is. Today I got my manicure done at Best Staff in NJ Nail Spa Works and the technician was so pleasant, welcoming and did a clean job for $15.95. Huge difference in my nails, Cuticle and application of nail polish. Nail Trix applies the polish brush to the nails almost completely dried out of color. Making the nail application of the color very thin. That is a cheap way to do it. The brush must be well wet with the color to have a smooth finish. Look at my pedicure from Nail Trix and my manicure from the spot I came to today in NJ.

Do not go here Pedicure does not include foot scrub, pumice of the bottoms of feet not done. nail cleaning or cuticle nipping. Just hot water nail polish removal and new polish applied not worth 35 dollars. Sadly I need the foot scrubbing. I called to let manager know and he just said there was nothing he could do because he didn’t know who worked on my feet. I guess I should have guessed from the name as it was a trick I was ripped off and they do not care

Went in for a mani/pedi without polish and they charged me $65. It literally took her 25 min. Plus it’s dirty and the place smells like incense mixed with cigarettes. I mean if you’re gonna charge prices like that at least clean the floors!

They did a terrible job, and didn’t want to fix their mistake, then they started talking about me in their language like I didn’t know. They charge 45$ for a dip polish but want to charge 20$ extra to cut your cuticles, a regular manicure isn’t even that much. Very disappointing.

I stopped in on a Friday, and spoke to the man in front and told him I wanted to schedule an appt to get my nails soaked off for the next day, aka Saturday. He said no appt was needed and he’ll see me when I come in. I asked how long it would take because I would be coming on my hour break, he said 20 minutes . I come back in on Saturday morning, letting them know I have an hour AGAIN and I wanted to make an appt for 2pm. He said that’s fine, come back at 2pm. Before I walk over, I call and ask if they can see me now & he said yes. I go in and waiting for 20/20 minutes for someone to see me. When someone finally does see me, I ask how long it’ll be and he said “a while, and longer than 20 minutes.” Thank you for wasting my time. I would give you 0 stars.. but unfortunately it won’t allow me too.

Very clean, nails lasting over 2 weeks even with going to the beach. Photo taken 1 week after getting them done.

The most unfriendly nail tech ever! Terrible job too! You can still see my old polish on sides. Ridges on toe nails. Intentionally being sloppy and rough with waxing. Please treat yourself better elsewhere.
