“I came in for my tires to be replaced. Mason at the desk is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and I immediately deffered to him on what to get. The price for EVERYTHING I was relieved was quite reasonable and I was thrilled that I was APPROVED for credit as I just didn't want to make the FULL investment at this time. One thing I REALLY want to EMPHASIZE is as I was sitting there waiting for the service to be completed I observed MASON @ the desk interacting with numerous customers and he really is the EPITOME of Customer Service. His knowledge and his demeanor are EXCEPTIONAL! I was in Customer Service for MANY years and I must say a QUALITY employee like him is RARE.”
