The staff at the Dryland Way - Easton, PA went above and beyond to care for my pet. I would like to specifically thank Trevor and the groomer(sorry couldn't remember the name) for being so caring and treating Lola like their own. They gained a Petco customer for life.

We went to this petco location for pictures with Santa. We were immediately greeted by their dog trainer (I did not get his name). He gave my girl some treats and took us over to Santa. He was truly so pleasant and made the entire experience amazing! He had some times to talk about our dog like her training and her breed. I have frequented this location before, but yesterday really made an impact. This is what pet parents expect as they enter a pet store, to be greeted by knowledgeable people and have great conversation about animals!

I've already called corporate with my concerns- mismarked items, Non-Prepared orders and a rude clerk in a non-busy time do not make me want to ever come back there

Groomer Keonna… i probably spelled that wrong… but she was extremely rude and awful.. she said my puppy bit her and she couldn’t finish grooming him. She tried to show me where he bit her, but I saw nothing. My dog has never shown any aggression, but when I walked back into the store, she was shaving him down very rough and he looked scared and she also did an awful job at shaving him down will definitely not be going back to Petco grooming otherwise all the other staff members were really nice. I’m pretty sure she had somewhere to be since she received the phone call asking her when she was gonna be off of work. I should’ve known when she dragged my dogs back. I never had any issues taking my dogs to pet smart

They had a lot of selections of cat food. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but i found food that works.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is bc the staff there are always so nice and happy to help! However the working conditions and conditions the animals are under over there are UNACCEPTABLE. Get the AC fixed!

INCOMPETENT! I scheduled a grooming appt with the Dryland Way location and somehow they booked me into the 25th st Easton location. This was a huge waste of time for me and my dog is not groomed. They lose I lose the dog loses everyone loses! INCOMPETENT Petco!

I did not buy the bearded dragon I was only asking for information on the reptile because I am interested in gifting my 6 yr old his first pet. I spoke with Heather and she was absolutely amazing she had an answer to every question very informative and pleasant.
