I had my dog, Hersch, in today for a nail trimming and had a great experience with grooming! Matt took excellent care of him and was very patient of my now senior pup, despite being extremely short handed. Excellent service all around; thanks for working us in!

I took my dog in for a full grooming service I gave specific instructions to not cut my dogs tail. My dog is 4 years old I have never cut her hair off her tail. Well to my surprise when I came back to pick her up of course they did what they wanted to do & cut my pups hair off of her tail mind you the groomer that I scheduled her with couldn’t handle my 12lb Maltipoo & switch her with a different groomer. I was so mad but then proceed to tell me that next I should call & book the appointment so that they can have more time . There won’t be a next time cause I don’t know how it’s ever ok to just cut someone’s dog how you want. I’ve been taking my dog here for 4 years unfortunately her regular groomer is currently out. This is by far the worse service I ever had done.

I give this PetSmart five stars the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and organized. I have been back to this store everything I am in Easton the deals are great and my 2 pups love going there.

Helpful associates and a very clean location. Prices are the same, as other big box stores. They do have great sales when you can get them.

PetSmart is a dog store where you purchase things for dogs they have everything some of the prices are very reasonable and their dog food they have most everything for dogs they even have where you can bring your dog in for nail cutting and all of that and much more thanks for asking

Nice small store with friendly staff. The groomers did wonderful with my 6 year old's first grooming session. They spent a full 2 hours on him and did so well. he really loved it and was such a good boy for them.

Took my dog in for a appointment last week and left a review because nothing was done I purchased the bath and brush I received a call after the review to bring my dog back and I agreed and nothing was done once again the girl in there was extremely rude why ask to bring my dog back and then complain and do nothing to fix the situation what a waste of my time paws were not sanitize as it states in the bath and brush and nails were not cut she complain about the dog not being clean if u had did the job the first time this would have not happen i take my pet to other PetSmart in Whitehall and never had this issue always happy with service but Nazareth location every time I bring my dog there something is wrong with the service provided I will not recommend or will be attending this location ever again

Stop selling birds and reptiles. If you’re going to do it, at least be humane and give them a good life while they wait in the equivalent of a jail cell. Parrots ESPECIALLY shouldn’t be pets. You can see them plucking their feathers out from the anxiety and stress. They’re highly intelligent social creatures who don’t deserve captivity.

Worst place to shop. They have things signed as being g on sale, then when you get rung up you get charged full price and they won't correct. Say you looked at the wrong thing. Terrible customer service
