The staff were super helpful with getting my lease sorted out after I completed the online application. They made sure my access codes worked both ways and showed me the unit and even gave me a little ride down themselves. They were very considerate, kind and friendly and I am so glad they were able to help me get this extra space for my belongings while I go through a big sudden move on my own. Plus, I caught a great deal on the first month's rent!

The service we received from one of the assistants was great. Super helpful and enabled us to get exactly what we wanted. I did think it was terrible how we couldn’t leave a vehicle overnight in the half empty secure parking without paying for a whole month! Even though we had already paid for two units and had left early with no refund for the days we had already paid for. We even had insurance in place for the vehicle and the contents!

Jordanna Jordan and Kim Pearl are the epitome of customer service! During the transition to a larger storage unit, they were informative, efficient, and contagiously happy people to be around. They provided us with the best options, showed us the locations, and went above and beyond to bring us items we forgot when we left. Although they have two different roles in the office, their adaptability was phenomenal. We always felt we were receiving the highest quality of care at all times. I highly recommend this location and these two wonderful, knowledgeable women.

I've called alot of places...only 1 place had any units over 10x10 and most had much higher prices. 2 had prices cheaper but the office was only open a couple of days and you couldn't get ahold of them. Storage Sense was extremely friendly and emailed me everything I needed. But mostly this place is clean!! And the unit's aren't damaged.
