Went into store Friday night 2/23 around 630 pm. Terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Asked one of the two employees at the register for help to be told they’d help in a minute. Employee went into the back room and the other was busy ringing out customers.

I went here today to get some help with toning my hair. I had recently bleached it and was lost on what I could do to tone it down. I wish I had gotten her name, but the employee that was there this morning was more than helpful! She took the time to go over different colors with me to help me understand how I can achieve my hair goals! This isn't the first time I've been here, but this visit was the one that compelled me to write a review! Thank you so much today for all of your help!

I love this store, the staff is the best. They saved me from ruining my hair trying to get a color I could never get bc I had box dye in my hair!!!! Their recommendations helped so much. Thanks Sally Beauty!!!!?

I asked kindly to two employees to help me out and they completely ignored and helped other people. Zero empathy or care for the customer. The worst place to buy something for the hair. They don’t even deserve a star! Zero stars! Horrible experience

At a recent visit to the Easton store, Lucky went out of her way to help me find the best option for my hair. Every customer who walked through the doors received the same attention! Kudos to Lucky!

It was my first time in the store and Tori was so knowledgeable with helping me remove my gel manicure. I don't know anything when it comes to nails and she took the time to guide me to good products and didn't mind any of my questions. Such a blessing she was there to reccomend products and teach me so much about my nails!

I visited your 2 48 store the girl was very rude to me she was waiting on another rude customer I asked her if she has a certain product continue to put up a display sign iam trying to tell her what I was looking she wasn't really interested on waiting on me then I got what I wanted she continues to check me out telling she could give me change in bills because she was to lazy to go to the bank I don't know who owns that store but iam going speak to the owner your store is dirty clean the floors up you better be careful of who you hire the girl there was kinda flaky

Firstly, I'd like to let y'all know that when your store hours say you're open til a certain time. It doesn't mean y'all are closing a few minutes early. I personally called the store letting them know that I was on my way 15 minutes prior to closing because my S/O needed some hair dye. Okay we're cool. As I came to the entrance I was stopped by One of the associates and the girl who was there was informing me that they were closing. I said I had called ahead and the person I spoke to said it was fine as long as I came before close. Everything was fine. About an hour later. The assistant manager I'm assuming (Gabby) personally messaged me on Instagram stating how rude I was for coming in one minute before close. Claimed I broke their door and also threatened and harassed me through social media. Any other day I would've shrugged it off but for someone to go as far of a length to figure out my number social media without me knowing who they are just to tell a CUSTOMER off like that was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly should cost you and whoever else was associated with it your jobs. Quite frankly it makes the company and business itself look really bad if people like you are running it. You just don't do that type of stuff. You're lucky I haven't filed a police report cause this Could seriously get you and the company in hot water.

Love this Sally’s, they always have what I need in stock! It’s conveniently located so I can always stop by when I need hair dye. I don’t remember their names but the person with the multi toned green hair and the one with hair black and half (Grey I think it was maybe white) were super friendly and helpful and I left the store feeling a little less sad about my day. Thank you for all of your help and advice :-)

Well think its pretty bad all the money you spend an they can't even give you a bag to carry out your merchandise so two thumbs down place dirty an no one helps you if you could give minus star would definitely give

Jessica,Cash (Cass? Maybe) , Gabby were EXTREMELY helpful. I was able to choose a hair color within 5 minutes and they answered all my questions honestly and gave me their opinion. I’ve had issues at other Sally’s and I am going to come here for the rest of my life. love them so much
