lazy & untrustworthy. i had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for a patch in which they declined to do because they “didn’t find a leak” in my tire. this was right after I had left a dealership telling me they found a leak in my tire, & I chose to go to Sams to patch it because they said it’s free . They told me again & again that they found no leaks in my tire, when in reality they really never checked. The next day, it’s literally leaking as i’m putting air in it … so I brought it to another tire shop & they’re also telling me I need a patch now or a new tire all together. Sam’s Club is only good for shopping, not your car services.

They should never anyone who's sick to work their concession stand. I was going to order pizza and I'd changed my mind when one of the employees were coughing.

I previously purchased tires here, and I attempted to make an appointment for tire rotation through their customer service line. I was told they didn't have any appointments until the following week but could visit the tire center as a walk-in. Upon arrival at 8:50am, there were no cars in the tire service area parking lot, so I thought I could possibly get the service I needed done since there were no cars being serviced (all the bays were empty). I waited at the service desk for over 15 minutes until someone came to assist (after someone called for assistance 2 times). I was told they had no appointments and they don't take walk-ins so they couldn't service my tires. I explained that I was told over the phone that they do take walk-ins, and the mechanic stated that "the calls get routed to the Phillipines and they misinform customers all the time". I then attempted to make an early appointment and was told they don't take appointments until 10:00am. I disputed the fact that their website states they open at 8:00am. The mechanic proceeded to tell me they needed the time to "turn everything on" so they were unable to accommodate customers until 10:00am but he would make an exception and fit me in for 9:00am the following week. I left the store at 9:55am, and still the only car in the tire service area was mine, all the bays were empty, and they weren't working on any cars. This was a waste of my time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Lehigh Valley is large enough to have two Sam's Club locations, one in Allentown and one here in Easton. This store is located in the Northampton Crossings, and aside from a little in complex confusion with the roads, is easier to access and has much better parking. Store is at the very end of the complex, so you really can't miss it. First of the problems with this location is it has no gas pumps, and that can be a deal breaker when deciding to shop here. Another problem is this store is smaller than the Allentown Sam's, and has a narrower selection of products in some areas, which is surprisingly noticeable. Advantages to shopping here can be the slightly smaller crowds.Overall if this is your local Sam's Club it's fine, but if you're closer to Allentown's, I'd shop there instead for the larger selection along with the access to gas pumps.

My husband and I stopped by to get a few gift cards for Christmas gifts, because they are always cheaper there then there value. As we walked around we found some really nice gifts for our grandchildren, and some great deals. Then picked up some essentials we needed for ourselves. And most important a shovel for this winter, we could of used it last weekend when we had a storm, our last shovel broke. Now we are ready , for it. The only thing I'm not to happy about is that they have changed 75% of there registers to self serve, makes it so un-personable. Miss that one and one contact with your cashier. Instead they have more people as you walk out checking your receipt and cart.

This warehouse store offers the best prices from food to furniture. The associates are very motivated and treat the customers in a cheerful and kind manner. Good people, good prices, and great store.

I brought my car to the Easton Sam's Club to have a new battery installed. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk and take my order. I was told the car would probably not be ready for 2-3 hours. Less than an hour later, they called to say it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I waited 30 minutes at the Tire and Battery desk for someone to wait on me. No less than 4 other employees made radio calls into the automotive bay to let them know customers were waiting. When they finally did come out, a computer problem delayed my departure by another 10 minutes. To be clear, the employees working in that department were courteous and as helpful as they could be, and apologized for the delays. They are short staffed and are required to work the counter, answer the phone and do the actual work. That's arrangement is patently absurd. It should not have taken 45 minutes to pick up a car that was already fixed and paid for. This is a clear and abject failure of store management, who is more worried about inventory control than customer service. They are famous for their lousy pay, so how much would it really cost to add another employee to cover the counter, register and phones? I can tell you this... I will not be buying tires and batteries at Sam's Club anymore. I will gladly pay a little more to be treated like a valued customer.

I really like Sam's club. I love that you can scan and pay right from the app and don't have to stand on line. Workers were helpful, good selection.

I’m highly disappointed in my Sam’s Club in Easton. I have been a member since the store opened. I spend a lot of money at this store! Almost all the time, you get hit with every charity under the sun while leaving the store…Girl Scouts, Veterans, Dog Rescues, Field Hockey teams, Cheerleading teams and the Salvation Army. (And I support them all). We’ll I stopped by the store yesterday, of course to spend money) and stopped by the front desk with a flier asking to support a

WARNING: DON'T BUY APPLIANCES AT ANY SAM'S CLUB or SAMSCLUB.COM:(Read this before you order)!10 weeks ago, I ordered an oven from samsclub.com at a great price and the deal included delivery, installation and haul away. As a Sam's Club member, I was happy to find this deal. But that was it. After I placed my order, no one contacted me for anything - not delivery nor an installation date. However, since it said on my order that delivery would be on 7/23/20, I waited to see if they would deliver it on this date. I was also worried it would dropped off without installation, so after a few weeks went by, I decided that was enough and I wanted to confirm a delivery/installation date. I called customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes to finally get a Sam's Club customer service. She said they'd have to contact the vendor for an installation date. She put me on hold for 35 more minutes and when she finally came back, she said she emailed the vendor because the vendor did not answer. The next day I called again and was on hold for 23 minutes to finally speak to a customer service rep. He put me on hold for another 30 minutes to try to reach the vendor(lG), but the same thing happened as the day prior - he couldn't reach the vendor so after the 30-minute hold he told me he emailed them instead and would alert me if he heard anything. The following day I called AGAIN (naturally beginning to lose my patience) and was again on hold for 30 minutes, this time to speak to customer service rep, John. I asked John to speak to a supervisor or manager. He said he wanted to know my issue and I responded NO and that I wanted it escalated to a supervisor, since at this point I had already reiterated my problem to multiple others and nothing had been done. Thus, I told John that I wanted to speak to someone above customer service, to GET ME A SUPERVISOR, and again I was put on hold and this time waited 45 MINUTES before finally hanging up. The next day I called and spoke to member services and got nowhere yet again! It's been 10 weeks, 25 emails, 3 online chats and 4 calls, a lot of my time on hold and a lot of talking and chatting since I placed my order. And yet I still have not heard ONE WORD about my oven. I don't even think they have supervisors or managers and definitely no one interested in helping me. WTF! I did receive the bill, however. Update My Samsclub.com experience compared to my new Home Depot experience! {Sams-}I am now being told through email that I've been refunded (for the oven I still want) the one I Ordered 10 weeks ago and that it had been out of stock and that's why I did not receive it. What a joke! Wow ---I wonder why I wasn't told this or anything else at all for that matter with all the calls and contacts Ive made? They did not say this10 weeks ago, 9 weeks ago, 8 weeks ago, 7 weeks ago, 6 weeks ago,5 weeks ago, 4 weeks ago,3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago, 1 week ago? Meanwhile I do not have a working oven! I am sorry to say that I am So extremely disappointed ... in the whole samsclub customer service experience. -------------------------------------{UPDATE -Home Depot I am now happy again!!!!***I now I ordered an oven at homedepot.com. It is paid for! Though The oven I ordered is in back order, that's ok because I was immediately informed of this. And I received a delivery/installation and haul away date upon purchase. IMAGINE THAT! That's what I expect! I have no doubt this oven Will show up and be professionally Installed ON the date (given to me) at purchase. At least I received a date, and a plan! I have NO DOUBT that if the plan changes on their end that I will be notified.Because that is and should be a customer service expectation of any consumer! ****HUGE difference from the very beginning. I can say I am happy with Home Depot! Thanks for the great Cust service on my large appliance purchase. -----------------New update! After All my frustration without the oven I ordered and no inf
