“I just want to say that I called several banks 15 minutes before closing and 2 out of 7 picked up the phone and one wouldn't do anything to help my unfortunate situation but the last one was wells Fargo in easton and a womans greeting voice by the name of Angel picked up and assured me she would do what she needed to to help me and to come in tomorrow and ask for her to take Care of my problem. With my Bf of ten years just passing away leaving me with 3 kids alone now its been the hardest times of my life lately with nothing working out for me and everything be so difficult it was such a wonderful feeling to know she cared enough to help me with my problem. Thank you Angel for literally being my saving angel today.God bless and thank you so very much,Jessica”

Santander Bank ATM Atms

“I think this is the first time I have ever reviewed a bank before. Typically, I don't think I would but the experience I had there was outstanding. First, they were bought out by Santander Bank earlier and the name on Yelp needs to be updated. When done with this, I'll send them a note. My mother banks here and asked me to help her with her accounts and go through the Safety Deposit Box. She has a regular banker she uses (whose name escapes me right now). As soon as we entered, she was approached by her banker and given what seemed like a very sincere hug. We went through her accounts which were all in order. Then, we were taken down to the vault where we had as much time as we needed to go through everything. For fun, much of what we found were historical documents about our family - it was really great and emotional at the same time. When we were finished, we had a number to call so they could let us out. But, this is about the bank. I was very happy with the experience. I don't know anything about Santander but I must say the experience felt like this was a small, locally-owned bank who really cared about their customers. I'm glad my mother has a bank to work with that cares about her so much. Thank you for your great customer service,”
