The reviews had me nervous Ngl! But we placed a mobile order for drive thru. Pulled up to the window on a weekend, and were pleasantly surprised. Employee was friendly, food was hot and fresh.

This location has gotten bad. Stopped in at 9AM, no Mountain Dew in the soda fountain so I told an employee. I waited a while but they didn't do anything. I came back 5 hours later and it was still out. The same employee said they had been too busy to replace it in those 5 hours. Sure! I'll go to Nazareth next time.

Second time now left someone’s order out after driving 20 mins away have to give up your food for the persons food they forgot come back they say. 20 min there 20 min back with waiting near an hour and $10 in gas

The 100 Trolley Line Dr Easton PA Sheetz is the worst Sheetz that I've ever been in. I live right by it and it is always dirty, they are always out of supply's and the employees just stand around while customers need help. This one is pretty much across the street from my house but I would rather drive the extra couple miles and go to Wawa or a different Sheetz. This place is DISGUSTING!!!!!!?

Order on the app and it takes way longer than it needs to be made. Then when you get the food the 14 dollar hoagie has 3 piece of meat on it? That's after paying extra for a bassic item like cheese. Disappointed

I'm usually a fan but this morning I ordered a chicken burrito with xtra chicken. I got a burrito with zero meat. Beans, rice, cheese, and onoins . So disappointing

This place is never fully stocked. Lucky its partially stocked through the week. Idk whos in charge of inventory but they should be fired. Would perform worse if it wernt for the location. You should give wendys a portion of your gas revenue for doing their part.

The food is good as with all Sheetz, but this particular location is a mess. I've been to many different Sheetz locations and this one is the worst I've experienced. This is also one of the newest Sheetz locations, which puzzles me. My biggest gripe is the overall cleanliness. Dusty food prep areas, disgusting bathrooms, and a dirty overall appearance. Trash cans are often overflowing, and beverages are often left unstocked. Last night was another bad experience at this location. It took 15minutes to get a milkshake due to no one working the beverage counter. They had ample staff at the time. There was also no one at the checkout when I went to pay. Not sure what's going on at this location, but it could definitely use improvement.

Sheetz, as a corporation, is poorly run. Pathetically so! They are profoundly greedy and work as hard as they can to put themselves out of business. Case in point, they used to have excellent fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea. Fresh brewed and appropriately strong to compensate for the dilution from the melting ice. But suddenly, a few months ago, I noticed it was very watered down. Upon inquiring, I was informed by one of the few competent people that work there that the company had recently changed their tea bags to ones that have 20% less tea per bag. And I'm not the only one that's noticed.A female police officer and I were talking about their tea recently. We have run into each other in there from time to time because we both loved their tea. All of the police officers had noticed the change. They give you many options to choose from when ordering food as far as condiments go, but during the same conversation I had with the person who worked there, they also told me what the corporate policy was for condiments. Very stingy! This is a very greedy company! And this location, in particular, is so poorly managed there are no words. These greedy corporations want to hire somebody to be a manager and pay them $1 or $1.50 more per hour than a regular employee. I've been here multiple times without toilet paper in either stall. And there are four toilet paper dispensers in each stall. Do you know how long it takes to run out of four toilet paper rolls, even in a public restroom? It takes a while. It's common to go there without large cups or lids. No napkins. No cream or flavors for coffee. Don't tell me, your sorry, right? What a pathetic company this is!

Bought 2 breakfast burritos this morning. They were, without question, the WORST I ever had. The first one was so overcooked that most of the tortilla was hard as a rock. I could only scrimp out a tiny amount from the center which was so hot it would burn a hole in a kevlar vest. Amazingly, the 2nd one was ice cold! Again, i tried salvaging a little from the center which was not even lukewarm. To top it off, I sat outside and then realized I was next to an overflowing garbage can. Looked over and the entire sidewalk was strewn with trash blowing back and forth in the wind. You really have to do much better!
