I bought an office chair and one of the pieces was broken when I was building it. I called this store and I was told I could bring in the part and exchange it. I told the person on the phone I bought it at a different Staples and he said that was fine. When I arrived with the part, the same person from the phone told me he couldn't replace the part because I got it at another Staples. I told him he said it didn't matter and he refused to replace it. My voice did rise because I went out of my way to get there. Then, the manager came over and gave me the smirkiest of smiles and literally provoked me with her condescending attitude. I finally ended up taking the part back and going to a different location where I was treated like a customer should be treated. Do not go to this store ever. They don't care at all about customer service. A customer should never be treated the way I was treated.

Great experience with their print shop. Multiple business cards and flyers we needed done overnight. Quick turn around and attention to detail. Thanks Kaitlyn and team.

Awesome service!Thanks Jake !! He saved the day, some money and time I didn't have!Ran into the Print Center a mad rush to have 50 pages of hard work printed from 10 PDFs on my laptop. Ran into tech trouble.Jake to the rescue!I'll be back!

I've needed help with copy center two times while visiting for business. Each time I was greeted and helped immediately by Jake in the print and marketing desk. He is excellent! Give him a huge raise please!!!

I've been shopping around for a new office chair and the selection in this location is pretty small. I did end up buying a chair but some parts were damaged so I have to return it. I'll have to go to a further location and see if they have more varieties. Hopefully I'll have better luck there since it seems to be bigger.

I was just in there. It's Memorial Day and I was the only customer at the Print Center. I told the young lady I had a document to copy and she gave me the email to send it to. She was about 8 feet away, on her phone or laptop, and she could see I was having a problem,but she ignored me. I finally asked her to come over and help me. She figured it out and told me what to do next. My laptop was not responding and I didn't know what was wrong. She, with dead quiet and nobody else in sight, went back on her device and ignored me. She knew I was trying to send her the document, but never looked up or acknowledged I was even there. Rather than insist again that she help, I said out loud, " Sorry that even one customer is too much of a bother for you". No response or acknowledgement. Just continued putting in her time on her device.

The people helping, are not helpful and made me feel like a j*** for asking to get a filing cabinet. Someone , aggravated, came from the back and seemed upset he had to get one for me. I parked my cart with the huge box in it, on the side so I could move through the isles and it was removed from me. I had to ask to find it and the manager seemed super peeved. I only left it for at most, two minutes to look one isle over at paper products. The Manager was visibly angry with me and literally, I was one of 2 customers in the store.

Yes this store is great - I was there 1/19 at 930 AM, and your print/copy team was great. Matt worked on a very complex order with me, and was efficient, and very nice! Great experience and your team is really willing to help ----

I went to Staples to get some holiday gift tags printed. I gave Staples a Canva file, and it came out a little blurry. Canva turned out to be unsuitable for laser printers. I changed my file by redesigning it on Adobe Express using the app on my phone. Within minutes, I was able to try a new file with a Staples Rep, who was beyond and above nice. I provided a new file and she did a test print, and it came out so perfect and in such high resolution that I purchased extra sheets of the holiday gift tags I designed. Examine the image for yourself and make your own decision. I've never seen such a clear and flawless print before. In case you're wondering about the black marks, I blacked out my private information.I'd like to express my gratitude to Paulina, the Staples representative. She was working alone at the printing and shipping station, and she was able to assist all of her customers in a professional and courteous manner. I highly recommend this location, and if you're lucky, Paulina will be there to assist you.Signed x Thee Jen Z
