They lie about the insurance. Told me everything was covered until I tried to file a claim. so if u go here and have repairs done and they to pitch the Asurian home plus electronic insurance, Rest assure the only thing they cover is a monthly fee auto-deducted from a c.c. or bank acct. . Not your tvs or cell phones. Just be warned.

Took about a month to get a screen repaired. Original technician broke a piece in my husbands phone and when he went to call, they tried scamming us by saying it wasn’t under warranty and we would have to pay for another screen (again after admitting HE broke something in his phone.) They said the screen needed for his phone was on back order, just to find out from the assistant manager it was never placed and we were lied to by the technician for 3 weeks.The assistant manager and general manager had the screen shipped overnight and was able to fix this at no additional cost and were able to rectify the situation. Overall extremely frustrating experience here and will not be returning.

I contacted this company because the screen on my cell phone was cracked and they said they were ordering a part and would call me once it came in. They said the part would be coming in the following day or the day after. I never received a call from anyone so I followed up a few days later and was told that the part had come in and I could bring in my phone the next day to have it repaired. They claimed they tried calling me and left a message, but I had no missed calls on my phone and no voicemail messages. I wasn't able to make it there the next day, but I specifically called them back and told them I'd be there in a day or two. They said it was fine and I could come in any time. Early the following week I drove 20 minutes down to the store in Easton, and was told by the person at the desk that the part never came in and that they're still waiting for it to arrive. I asked if they could double check on that because I had been told on the phone that the part came in, but the man at the desk said he knows for sure that it didn't come in. He also wasn't able to tell me when it would be in. At that point it was a week since I had first contacted them, so I told them to cancel the part and I would just go somewhere else. So I basically put in 40 minutes of travel time driving to and from the store, and returned home with my screen still cracked. This was my first time ever trying this company, and it will definitely be my last.

I have a Google Pixel 7 Pro who's screen started with bands of flickering light on the home screen.This had worsened over the week that I was going back and forth with Google trying to get a warranty replacement. They told me to bring it here in which I did and I was helped by Philip who was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The store was busy too. Within 4 hours, my phone's screen was replaced and it's been perfect ever since! Highly recommend this place and thank you Philip!!

Same day service, ha! This place has had my tablet for 6 weeks and done nothing. When I took it in they said they’d look at it 2 weeks. After a month I called up and was told they had to order a charger to test the battery and it wasn’t in yet. Seriously? An electronic repair shop and they don’t have a power supply? Another 2 weeks have gone by and not a word from them. Yet Asurion can send me 2 ad emails every day. I am utterly unimpressed.

Shaun is a great employee. He was efficient and very personable. The whole process in the store took half an hour. I was quoted 2 hrs. I will definitely use this store again.

Had an appointment for 1-2 pm on Sunday 9/17/23 in the Freemensburg Ave Store and no one was there. 2 other customers had been waiting 45 minutes to an Hour and No one showed up. Called support, was Hung up on 2 times after being told that I could go to a different store. I explained I had already drove 35-40 to get here and I'm not driving another 25 minutes to another Location. This is Unacceptable and will try 1 more time if not repaired then, I will rasie Holy Hell with both Samsung and T-mobile. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

This one is from the, it was way harder than it's needs to be file.We had a Google phone when at barely two months old, the screen partially stopped working. Google's recommendation was to take it to the nearest store from this chain and that they could assess it, do the work and even take care of any warranty issues.Visit 1: I take the phone to the store and technician #1 assesses the device and agrees that the screen is partially shot and no, it doesn't look like there is tons of wear and tear so it should be an easy open and shut case of everything being under warranty. He then tells me that they do not have any screens in stock and that it would be approximately five days until the work can be done. He said I should get a robo email with a date and time to pick it up. Visit 2: I did get the email and I showed up at the date and time. No dice. The screen still isn't in stock yet and technician #2 plays 50 questions with me regarding if I contacted Google, am I ok if need to pay out of pocket, there is tiny nick on the top which could invalidate the warranty, etc. BS aside, it's going to be another four more days. Call 1: Per technician #2, I call the store the day it's supposed to be ready to find out that while they did get the screen in, no, they hadn't started the work yet. Thankfully I called versus just showing up when they told me to show up since they forgot to even start the job.Visit 3: The phone is finally done after they had it for twice as long as initially told to me. Yes, it was all under warranty and my out of pocket was $0 but damn, the process is slow and disorganized to take care of what technician #1 made sound like a piece of cake job.In the future, a big maybe on coming back here because at least so far, the work was done right but if I need it done right away, I'll find another option.

Thinking that all my data was destroyed due to an electrical surge, Philip was able to salvage everything to transfer to my new laptop.Philip, Matt, and Shawn are to be commended for their professionalism, expertise, and friendliness! I highly recommend taking any device issues to these guys!

Horrible service phone only had a cracked screen was working fine and charging with no problem had asurion insurance and wanted my screen fix. Next day received a completely broken phone that won't even charge. Now I have a phone that is completely broke awesome service if you don't mind broken phones. ???

Shaun and Phil are The BEST technicians in their field! I was there recently and they were successful in the repair. They were energetic in the challenge and determined to fix it. And they did!!! Their customer service skills were top notch. I highly recommend them!

I honestly did not have the opportunity to use them.After I had given them my information,they then informed me that my wait to get the data transferred to my new phone, which was broken and i could not transfer data myself would be a couple of hours to a 24 hours wait and I could not wait that long. Nor come back for it.They came highly recommended by Verizon. Unfortunately, I made the decision to reset my old phone and return to Verizon. Without transferring my data.However, I must add that they said it would have cost me 100 hundred dollars only if I did not sign up for an insurance for 25 dollars. The name i can't remember.And then you can cancel after one month if you are not satisfied with the insurance. (I must add they did not say this to me), but Verizon did, for they had first offered it to me, and I said no . The guy was pleasant and very professional. I will use them if ever I have to. 5 stars for my experience.

Electronics are a big part of our everyday lives. Our PS5 had an HDMI port problem and it wasn't connecting. Brought it in, took about a week, and its all fixed for $200. I couldn't have done it myself, and the store was local. The staff was friendly and the automated system for updates is fantastic. I would recommend uBreakiFix for your repair needs.
