All I can say is I hate their service, when I am ordering on line. I’m hoping the company does not use UPS. They don’t deliver their packages on time. Sometimes they will tell you last minute that packages will not be delivered. As you are waiting for it all day. For all the companies out there let this be your absolute last option when it comes to having the merchandise being delivered.

Extremely unprofessional and I was treated so rudely. I had a road test scheduled I talked to ups over a week before my road I explained I was coming from Hellertown and asked for permission to charge my electric scooter and I was given permission over the phone. So the day of my road test I failed so as I'm waiting for my electric scooter to charge some manager asked what I was waiting for I said for my scooter to charge I called ahead of time for permission she said OK no problem then has another employee kick me out of ups so I ended up having to walk home and I couldn't ride my electric scooter because the battery was dead so I got hit by a car all because ups acting so rudely and treating me with such disrespect I would of never of gotten hit by a car if they let me charge my electric scooter like I was told I could so my electric scooter got destroyed and I was hit by a car and on top of this I even applied to be a drivers helper and filled out all the paperwork and I was scheduled for the only time slot available I even filled out the direct deposit paperwork and out of nowhere I get a email saying the position got filled how can that be!? I picked the earliest and only time slot so now I am definitely starting to feel like this is discrimination against me so I even try a third time just to confirm my suspicion I applied at ups in Hellertown did a job interview was treated rudely again I have done nothing wrong to anyone to be treated like this and I don't understand why anyone would treat another human being so unfairly and rudely and being disrespectful for no reason I didn't do anything wrong to anyone

If I could leave zero stars I would. I dropped off a package at a UPS access point in my hometown that successfully passed through two other UPS facilities before arriving at the Easton location. The package arrived at a UPS facility in Edison, NJ, where it was damaged & stated that the merchandise was missing and the empty box was discarded. The tracking information stated the sender would be notified, which I never was. Sounds to me like someone at the Easton location stole $200 worth of Dr. Martens boots that were in the box to be exchanged for a different size. I called UPS customer service, who was not helpful at all & told me I need to contact the recipient & they need issue me a refund or contact UPS to begin an investigation. Dr Martens does not have a US phone number to contact, only email, which makes this process even more complicated but I'm not sure why UPS thinks Dr. Martens should even be responsible for issuing me a refund for something that is not their fault. UPS needs to be held accountable, the Easton location specifically. Someone's kids are getting a really nice xmas present this year, and now it won't be mine. Thanks UPS

This location has yet to give me any problems. When you need to drop off a package, they’re there to take care of it - as long as there are no issues with your package, it takes almost no time at all and you’re in/out as the snap of a finger! The staff is also really nice and there’s a lot of parking space too.
The only complaint I have is the hours, only open 4hrs most days at 4pm? That’s tricky and not everyone in the area can conveniently stop by during that window. I guess that’s why USPS is open from the morning until 5pm…

Website states that customer center is open from 4pm to 8pm on Van Buren Rd in Easton. I've been here for an hour. Doors locked no signs. Finally a worker. Ame out and said the center hasn't been opened for a while now. What a joke. UPS sucks

Amazing opportunity, it’s a job that requires dedication, strength, and a will to work hard, safe, and with an eye always on your overall goals. Ups isn’t for everyone. Some people give up faster than others. While the strong decide to not, for a descent pay, but for a chance at an even higher opportunity. If you can’t handle the pressure don’t join the hustle!

UPS left a note on my door for a delivery I stayed home to receive. I heard nothing. The note said they were taking it to a pickup location. I tried to have it redelivered and found out that it wouldn’t happen until the next business day. I could not find out where it was taken or how to pick it up. It’s like they don’t care if it gets delivered or how much inconvenience they cause. Now if they come on Monday I might be at a medical appointment and the process begins again. There is no way to talk to someone who can rectify the situation. I was told I’d have to call the Bethlehem hub. I have spent hours trying. I have nothing but bad feelings for UPS and will avoid utilizing or in any way endorsing their services in the future.

QVC used Easton PA UPS to deliver to my house.UPS claimed they delivered my package. Dec. 8th, 2022, But no one left a package on that day. Four adults, including myself, were home. And don't you have to sign for UPS? Positive they never delivered my package, at least not to my address. I never have issues when QVC delivers to my P.O. box.
