“Hello. Here a recap. I came from Florida and somebody hit my car at the next day. The insurance didn’t pay and it’s a long story. I was desperate looking for places to repair my car, all of them had a waitlist to check the vehicle first. Then I found this company and I’m grateful for everything they did for me. They checked the vehicle, I brought it the next day and 1 week later my car was fixed. Mr. Ali, the manager, thank you for your help and your kindness. I ended up staying here in PA and if I would ever need something for my car for sure I will come here. Thank you so very much.”

“This has been a rough year for me . It had seemed as if my luck had definitely run out until I called 25th street auto and went back to purchase another vehicle from them . Yes I previously purchased a vehicle from them in 2021 and I have to say they took such good care of me and gave me what an incredibly realiable and nice car . Beginning of this year it was totaled ( hit and run late at night while parked ) Man I reallly loved that car. Fast forward to 3 months back I went back to 25th street auto to get another car and once again they came thru . Treated me like family and worked with me like no other place would . I rarely ever write reviews but wow this place is definitely where you need to shop at!! I want to thank Joe for taking good care of me and doing his all to make sure I got a good car and at a great price . “Where do I start. Christine in service was just perfect. We were traveling from RI to Florida and had a breakdown that was a great challenge for us. After trying multiple other Fiat dealerships who were not accommodating, we reached out to brown and Daub and were greeted with a clear and defined plan. Christine explained they were busy and would do her best to get us in so we can continue our journey. We stayed at a hotel for one night and really didn't want to extend. The team at Brown and daub got us on our way in 24 hours, luckily it was an easy fix. Thank you to the entire service team. Highly recommend them. As always patience wins.”

“My service was great! I went into this dealership with the intent to leave with a specific vehicle but had challenges with credit. The salesman (forgot to get his name) was amazing with trying everything he can to get it to work out. I ended up leaving with a different vehicle than I initially went in for but was tremendously thankful for the time and effort that was put in to help me leave with an affordable/reliable car within my budget but also one that I absolutely loved! They allowed me to drive it down to my dad’s auto body shop to have him take a look at the car before I purchased it and answered every question that we had. Based on the service alone I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. So far the vehicle runs nice. I just bought it today so I’m hoping it stays that way. This is my first time dealing with this dealership but so far it has been a 5/5 experience. Thank you again!”

“I have an older vehicle that I take here for service. He is very reasonable, does a great job and doesn't charge outrageous prices for routine service work. I'll give you an example: two years ago, I used another service center on William Penn Highway; dropped my car off for an inspection and after they inspected the vehicle, told me that it needed $2500 worth of work. I told them they are out of their mind. I then took the vehicle to Knecht's and he was able to repair it for @$600 dollars and inspected it. He is honest and won't rip you off.”
