This post office has no idea what they are doing. They lost my package & it’s been 3 weeks no updates or resolutions. They don’t answer the phone & when I go in person they say they don’t get the calls from that number & that it goes straight to a supervisor. When you ask to talk to the supervisor they are never there.

I had an appointment for my daughter's passport and Gurdeep was so helpful. I can not describe how wonderful my experience was going there. He really went out of his way to help me getting her passport on time. Highly recommend coming here. Plus it was quick and easy which is always a plus.

I got my passport application taken here and the service was friendly, quick, and super simple! They made all the copies for me & took my picture. Shout out to Gurdeep - he was awesome!

5 stars today (09/16/24) for the postal employee , a gentleman working behind counter who had so much DRAMA from several customers . Wow people so arrogant and RUDE AND THIS MAN HAD THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT!! Give him an award , polite , informative on what to do with her Parcel to Germany he was great!

The staff is very kind. A gentleman helped us apply for my wife's 1st time passport and made the process as easy as possible. Makes me think that all these 1 ⭐ reviews seen below are unreasonable, disgruntled, generally angry people. ? This office is clean, large, and versatile compared to other USPS locations.

Horrible! My mail is often put in the wrong mailbox and can't connect with anyone! Yesterday, a package stated it was in my mailbox and NO package but, stated it was delivered. NOW, I have been trying to call every number I can to get in touch with someone and NO LUCK! Amazon.... never any issues! Ridiculous and now I don't have my item!
No LOCAL PHONE NUMBERS WORK... TRIED TO FILL OUT FORM FOR THE MAIL THAT WAS DELIVERED BUT NOT TO MY MAILBOX AND IT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO COMPLETE. WORSE EVER!

Always understaffed. Avoid this place at all costs.
It’s actually comical just how poorly run this facility is. One staff member working the front desk with a line out the door, mailboxes outside taped off like a crime scene and the self service machine inside was out of order.
I truly hope for the greater good of America that the USPS will eventually be replaced by a private company someday because as consumers, it’s appalling that we are forced to use their services for certain transactions.

This place is horrible. I was supposed to get a package since the 24th of April until now the package can never be found. This is a disgrace how they handle people packaged. They don’t even deserve one star. I know next time if am sending a package to use ups or fedex, do not waist your time with the post office in their priority mail.

The workers here are always so nice, and helpful even when there is a long line of people. Shout out to Adam and Gurdeep; i always see these two at the front on the occasion that I’m in, and they both are very knowledgeable!
