So been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered by August 30th 2025, is September 7th, and the package has been scanned in Easton PA, then minutes later on Perkiomenville PA (which by the way is about an hour away), to then be scanned again in Easton PA, to then Lehigh Valley, back to Easton. š³
Are these people allowed to falsified scans, and make up location scans? Isn't that illegal??

The actual worst post office and drivers. Packages are now not being scanned at pickup even with a scan slip. Scanned two days later. Won't answer calls. Pure and absolute laziness collecting that government job pay.

Very pathetic delivery service. Packages keep rerouting until they reach their destination. Specially on Saturdays they donāt feel like delivering packages, so they reroute them and we keep waiting until they showed up next week. Lousy service.

Poor customer service. Packages say they are delivered. Yeah delivered to someone elseās mailbox. I lost a very valuable book because the mail carriers donāt know what they are doing. We have four different mail carries so there is no consistency.

I wish I could do zero stars. This particular branch is so disappointing, to say the least. My building has a code to get into it and ALL USPS drivers have this code because yeah HI I get daily mail with no issue. Yet, my package TWICE this week has been sent back to the main office because they ācould not access the delivery locationā???ā¦ā¦ I then go to this branch in person and the teller was rude and told me she couldnāt do anythingā¦??? You work here? How canāt you do anything? Make it make sense. (Laziness)
My issue here is, these drivers donāt call ahead, and Iām not sitting on a pool chair with a cocktail at the front door of my building waiting for my item. And so if they ācanāt access the delivery locationā and they donāt call me when they arrive to notify me, and Iām not sitting in my pool chair waiting, and the main branch ācanāt do anythingā for my missing package ā¦.. How will I ever get this package?????
I am beyond irritated and will go to ALL LENGTHS to never have to use USPS for any of my deliveries ever again.

I do quite a bit of shipping on behalf of the company I work for and Ashleigh is always a pleasure to see when I come in. She is fast, efficient, personable and good at working with the public. I look forward to her greeting me each time I have to mail something out.
