I do quite a bit of shipping on behalf of the company I work for and Ashleigh is always a pleasure to see when I come in. She is fast, efficient, personable and good at working with the public. I look forward to her greeting me each time I have to mail something out.

Poor Customer Service. Mail is generally delivered late. Ex. - received mail the same day a package was to arrive - the carrier left a note saying "package could not be delivered" Shady Business.Phone alert said package delivered in at mailbox and once again not in the mailbox. Can't wait to meet up so we can discuss the Federal crimes committed by Easton USPS delivery in a court of law.

Our postman who serves Morgan Hill road is great! Several times I ordered chickens and post office representative called me to let me know at 8 30 as soon as they open.I did my passport via this post office and everything was fast and smooth. Thank you guys!

This place never picks up their phone for services or inquiries. They either let it ring or pick up and immediately hang up. I went there several times for a “do-not-send/return-to-sender” since people’s mail keeps coming to my place. But they can’t even do that, it’s suuuper annoying. Please do better!

You need to tell your drivers they need to KNOCK on doors instead of leaving the we missed you notes! Second time! Both times they didn't even bother to knock!

Nestled near the heart of Easton it's a remarkably well-designed building with friendly customer service! I recommend exploring the area even if it's just for a brisk walk. You will most likely enjoy the hustle & bustle of Centre Square!

Rude !!! The lady that called me on 9/26/22 at 10:42am regarding my package that was lost due to their FAULT was super rude. How does the 1800- customer service and the headquarters at Philly was able to track my package and she wasn't!!! Learn how to talk to your customers, you're condescending, Rude and very impolite. I could've went without speaking with you today!! Everyone else was nice, and helpful throughout this process and here you come being grumpy and rude. Don't take your issues and problems out on others. Treat people with respect!!!!

Not a bad place. The building is beautiful, some staff are friendlier than others but all in all I don’t mind visiting this post office (which I do almost daily for work stuff.)

Update: I have my mail forwarding to a po box and they are still sending back my mail. The entire lot of them should be fired!I have a valid mail hold and my carrier decides that i do not live there anymore and started returning my mail to sender. I showed up to collect my mail only to find out i have none even after had been receiving emails daily telling me what had arrived. Spoke to a manager and was told that a carrier is not supposed to make these decisions and that he had probably made this decision because he saw no one at the property. I asked if i had to come out to shake his hands to let him know if i still lived there? If the system allows me to place a hold on my mail and determines that there is no issue then i don't understand why the carrier can dictate where i live and send my mail back to sender when i have a valid hold and confirmation to back it up. I have been having issue with this carrier and he is possibly the laziest carrier i have had. He would have a package and drop it off at the road when other carriers would open the gate or throw it over the gate to secure the package. I am surprised i have not lost a package yet. The manager, Qanna, was very condescending and did not take my confirmation number for the valid hold i had which her carrier was returning my mail when they should have held it. I do not understand that if i have a valid hold, why would the carrier be trying to deliver my mail and not leave anything at my address but rather start marking my mail as return to sender and completely ignore my hold.Since i am on vacation the website says that i can hold my mail for 30 days or less. once i pick up my mail i can put another hold without an issue. The carrier has taken it upon themself to decide that i no longer live there and at no time in my conversation with the manager did acknowledge that i would be burdened by the late fees i would incur because of the carriers action. If i put a hold on my mail and I am there to pick it up and release the hold and then put another hold and the system allows me to do so then the carrier and manager at that facility should not play god and decide that i do not live there. The take no responsibility for their actions and seem to think they are doing us a favor. Change is needed very badly at this location

Today was our first time going to this Postal office and I was happy with their service. Teller was helpful and pleasant and patient.I was very surprised to see how beautiful this Postal office: inside and outside. Must see this place even just coming to see.Highly recommend ?

Is this scale including negative numbers? I need to say -10 for all areas. Sometimes my mail comes at 8pm or sometimes not at all. If signature is required, they slap a notice and run away as fast as possible. I've seen this while home and did not receive my package on time. No knocking or ringing a doorbell, that would be how other cities service their clients. And why do they NEVER answer the phone on Ferry Street? Absolutely disgusting year after year. I want to leave my beautiful home just to have a normal mail system. Please put them out of business and just go through UPS or FedEx or anyone would be better at this point. And it's NOT Covid related because this has happened to me since 2014 when I moved here.
