Went to the store to set up my new phone account. I had to call customer service to jump through some hoops but eventually got the account set up. Ash, the store manager, was very patient.

Ash the store manager helped me get into a new phone after destroying mine. With being a former VZW store manager for a few years, I always hold current VZW employees to a high standard. This store delivered just that. High degree of service with a clear passion for customer service. Ash and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and would highly recommend this location.

Have gone to this location for numerous phones for my family and to get a watch for my daughter. Everyone there has been super helpful, making sure my new phone was set up and all my pics and contacts were transferred to my new phone. Love the fact I can get in and out quickly and no longer have to navigate Rt 22 to do my Verizon transactions.

Found the management at the PalmerPark Mall location to be extremely unhelpful in rectifying a problem that they created. I will never do business with this location again.

A massive thank you to Verizon store in Palmer Park mall in Easton PA. A nice young man, first name, Nolan spent hours with me today trying to help me with a serious problem. He works on commission. He sold me nothing. So despite that he patiently sat and went far and above the call of duty to do everything he could. I appreciate all the help and support he and his team did today!
