Nick ( Easton-Nazareth Highway, 18045) was an amazing help! He was patient and kind. I came in with a broken phone; and while the phone couldn't be repaired, he helped me figure out the best possible solution. If you have any verizon needs, I definitely recommend him!! I hope verizon recognizes what a valuable member they have.
