Vanessa at Vision Works on Rt 248, next to Panera Bread, in Nazareth Twp is extremely helpful. She really knows the stock and what is best for your prescription and what will look the best for you. Highly recommend her.

This place is a compleat joke. It's been 2 weeks since my eye exam and I'm still waiting on trial contacts when I was told they would take 7 days. Been calling every day since the 7 days were up and at the 2 week mark they decide to tell me they were back ordered and had to be re ordered from somewhere else so it will be another 7-10 days before I even get the TRIALS... This is something that they normal have in stock and get shipments every day. Seems to me like they forgot to order my trials and no one decided to check until 2 weeks later.. I'm a CDL driver and need these for work. By the looks of the reviews I'm not the only one that has issues with this place so it's pretty safe to say I will not be going back.
UPDATE:
Well I made the mistake of going back to this place... Same old story, I ordered 6 months worth of contacts and was told they would take 2 weeks at the most. Well I called after 2 weeks and a day and was told once again that all contacts are backordered and it will take another 2-3 WEEKS before I get my contacts...

I wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment for 9AM today, and no one was there. Lights were off. (They open at 9AM)
Came back to see if they were open at 9:30AM and still, no one was there.
One of the Visionworks employees was stuck outside as well, she didn't have a key. I felt bad for her.
She said neither the doctor or other co-workers were there.
She was calling around but didn't have any answers either.
I didn't see her anymore when I came back at 9:30, so I guess she went home as well.

Tiana was able to check me in for my appointment immediately. She assisted me with picking out the right frames for my face shape was able to educate me on what my insurance was able to cover and not cover. She made it such a fast and easy experience.

Very dissatisfied with the service that I just received from this location. I called 2 weeks ago to ask for assistance with a contacts brand change, was told I would receive a call back the next day because they needed to speak with the doctor. Never received a call so I called back days later, was told again same thing. Did not receive a call back. Called back today, was told I needed to come in for an eye exam although I had one 5 months ago and I only wanted to change back to the contact brand that I was using for the last 15 years. Finally, they were willing to change my contacts brand back to what I had previously. However when asked for a trial pair so I at least had something until my new order comes in, I was told they didn’t have any. Went back and forth and finally they were able to accommodate me and told me to come in. The worst part was when I went into the office to pick up the contacts. The lady, whom I don’t know her name, but wore glasses and has a short hair cut, she was clearly annoyed that she had to service me, and when she gave me the contacts she dropped them in my hand very rudely, did not hand them to me, literally dropped them in my hand, so I looked at her, shocked and she says, well there goes your contacts.
The customer service was terrible and I have been coming to that office for years and I also bring my kids. It’s bad enough there’s always a change in doctors or times when the doctor is on a tv screen. I will be looking elsewhere for my eye services.

I’m a simple man with very complicated eyesight after 5 operations. The doctor was very patient and nice as I cycled through about six pairs of contact lenses before we found a good fit. He did a great job. When I looked at frames and glasses, I got great, objective, honest advice that was truly in my best interest. They are terrific. I am very grateful and would go back in a heartbeat.

Tiana was absolutely amazing to me and my ma, we had a lot of laughs and she was more than patient and sweet. Highly recommend, I'd go back purely cause of her. But all staff was very welcoming and nice. Very accepting and inclusive environment.

Ginger did a good job of helping me pick out new glasses. She was the only one available to help people get their glasses. She could use some help.
