This bank has really gone downhill over the years ..think I went to deposit at the atm or get cash at least 10 times it has not worked and if you go inside there is a wait 80 % of the time and only a couple people in line ..really thinking about closing my accounts because customer service is not there anymore ..maybe the bank manager should be replaced if they can’t do the job .

This branch is horrible. They make their own rules differently from every other wells Fargo. They just refused to do something but another Wells Fargo branch did. Waste of my time. Also the teller was rude and condescending and overstepping boundaries about my teen having an account or not. It is none of your business ? this branch makes me want to never use this bank in my life. Other branches are good just do not use this one if you can avoid it.Edited because I just saw how many other horrible reviews they have and I feel less alone. Awful location.

I just want to say that I called several banks 15 minutes before closing and 2 out of 7 picked up the phone and one wouldn't do anything to help my unfortunate situation but the last one was wells Fargo in easton and a womans greeting voice by the name of Angel picked up and assured me she would do what she needed to to help me and to come in tomorrow and ask for her to take Care of my problem. With my Bf of ten years just passing away leaving me with 3 kids alone now its been the hardest times of my life lately with nothing working out for me and everything be so difficult it was such a wonderful feeling to know she cared enough to help me with my problem. Thank you Angel for literally being my saving angel today.God bless and thank you so very much,Jessica

I just went there to get new bills and i even call to tell them ahead that l wanted new bills, and they were doing means faces to me and talking to other tellers behind my back. And she was mad because all I wanted was new bills which in the end the Indian lady gave me back the same old bill saying they were new when clearly they were not. No wonder this branch has a 2 star average reviews

Went there to deposit some funds. One of the checks was made out to my mother who had a stroke. She signed the check as did I. Tellers told me since she is not on the account they couldn't deposit the funds. I needed to bring her with me. "She had a stroke "... I have a fair amount of funds in this bank, unfortunately that doesn't matter. I will re-think my future banking with Wells Fargo !!! Signed very displeased !!

I agree with the customers who commented on the rude service, particularly at the drive through window. I've been a customer for many years and dealing with this branch was by far the worst experience of all. I had made a written complaint to the head of customer relations months ago with no response. I have several accounts with Wells and threatened to move my business elsewhere. Considering the number of complaints, I would think action would be taken to address the common issue. Requiring the customer to provide additional information serves no purpose other than to create more frustration. Address the problem or continue to lose business!

This branch has the rudest employees working here. They also seem to make up the rules as they go along. Each teller establishes their own rules based on how they feel that day. They are very unprofessional, sarcastic, and have very demeaning attitudes. A big turn off to anyone who might even consider banking with Wells Fargo.

I went on my lunch time to deposit a check. I was the only customer in line waiting for a teller. They were back there laughing, counting money, walking back and forth not knowing what they needed. I left after 10 minutes. Will never be back to this branch.

Called to inquire about their willingness to send/receive faxes for Wells Fargo customers. Used to be a service manager at Wells, it was something we did for every customer at my branch, but at this location the guy fed me some b.s. and tried to claim "Oh I'm so sorry, our fax is only set up to send and receive faxes from Wells Fargo." Fax systems don't work that way at all, and if the rep didn't want to let people use the fax machine they should've said so rather than offer some moronic lie as an excuse. Poor customer service.

Decent amount of tellers inside during peak times, and a good location for the area. However, they like to make simple actions like getting change for amounts above $20 difficult whereas other banks would just give you the change.
